Ross Dress for Less

We were in the area and decided to stop by this location. We found so many good items here, for our home and our son found several Nike shirts. Also purchased some gifts. It was a great visit until we arrived home…. We realized the Solar pack was missing from the package. We immediately called the store and we were advised to return but to this location. Unfortunately we didn’t get the persons name but we did mention we’d come in Monday(since we’re not from the area). Returned today and Anastacia was the cashier and was very nice, she called the manager. Sherry, who at first was Hesitant to take our return since we didn’t notate the Managers name who’d originally gave us the “Okay” … then finally agreed to it. We explained we weren’t from the area & details from the phone conversation.

My favorite bargain discount store in the US, been coming here for years, woth patience and time you will find really good deals on quality brand items. Prices are marked down way below their retail price.

It was jam packed with shoppers. The line literally went all the way to the back of the store. Maybe a couple hundred of people in line. I was expecting to wait over 30 minutes to get checked out. However, to their credit they did have all 100% of the registers open and operating with a cash register rep. We probably only waited 10 minutes to get checked out. It was slowly moving. Never standing still for more than 30 seconds while in line. Our register lady was very nice, polite and helpful. Selection of clothing items was pretty good compared to how busy it was. We found a bunch of sweatshirts and shoes. Overall great experience and we will go back when similar items are needed.

First time going to Ross in the Forum. I was really impressed with the selection. The store is clean, there were attendants to assist, the dressing rooms are good sizes though I couldn't find any that had locks on the doors. The restroom was clean and the checkout assistants were friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back.

OMG! Today was a great shopping day at Ross. I found 9 awesome tops priced between 9 to 12 dollars each. The dressing room ladies are so polite and professional and the store manager actually said hello and welcome to the customers he came across. I love this store!

Love this store. The prices and selections are unbeatable.

The shelves are always stocked. Wide variety. It can get busy at times, but that's a sign of how popular it is. It's easy to find big brands at good prices.

Clearance mark downs started 1-27-2020! Two pair of black leggings for .99 each and work out capris for 4.49!

Absolutely incredible staff! Our cashier was an older woman who was the sweetest person we've ever met at a clothing store!! Her attitude alone made our day, we'll DEFINITELY be back just to see her!! They had a great selection of girls clothes but not so much anything for boys though

This was really a fun store to shop in! We bought some things at what we feel were a pretty good price. We have been back there a few more times since the first time and plan on going back before we go back to our home town in a different state. We bought a few items that we needed to return and it was hassle free. Everyone we have encountered at this store have been really happy and pleasant. I think this place can save you some money if you give it a try!

I can always count on finding a great deal at Ross! One of my favorite stores, with all name brand items for a price I can afford. The purses, facial creams, house accents and even furnishings! Love it

I love the Forum Ross. I always find great quality items at good and sometimes exceptional prices. Good with returns too. My only complaint is that there's always a ridiculous line to check out because they only ever have one or two checkout lanes open, even on weekends.

I was very impressed with the customer service. Maya was very friendly and super helpful with my return. The two ladies in the shampoo and hair area are doing a great job at organizing. Store is organized more than ive ever seen it. Great job!!!

We did some last minute school shopping and i have to hand it to the crew that day Sunday 8-21. They did an outstanding job greeting and service from the start to the end. Chris (store manager) and his crew that day got everyone in and out pretty quickly. This is the best store I've been in compare to all others (approximately 8). Keep up the good work guys!

This Ross is usually great at off hour times. I take my mom shopping here around 9pm when it's not so packed and she can take her time and look around. She can't handle crowds no more or stand in long lines. So if you have a elder parents that don't mind shopping this late and they are not a morning person it's a great time to go.
