Nice experience. Pretty busy for Black Friday as expected but the staff was more than helpful. They had all registers open and were checking customers out quickly. Nice clean and organized store.

This trip was to pick up a custom framed piece. The framers here (esp Laura) have been top draw (I've brought pictures here for framing several times)and the discount coupons are a great draw. Of course, when I drop off and pick up I MUST cruise through the yarn section and always find lovely skeins at great prices.

I was shopping for customized picture frames. I had traveled overseas and bought a large 59"x40" oil canvas painting and another good sized sketch picture.

We had traveled to Hobby Lobby and the gentlemen there seemed disinterested in really helping, educating, or providing us any options.

We went to Michael's and received one of the best customer service from our Framer, Laura. She was literally about to get off shift and head home. However, she was so invested in our project she remained helping us, even after clocking out already.

The projects weren't cheap but she gave us multiple options and explained the looks and material. This gave us the confidence to make our purchase.

In the end, the picture was well put together and came together when framed. I would highly recommend Michael's to any customer needing customized picture frames.
