I had the most enjoyable experience at SA Orthodontics off of Potranco Road. From the moment I walked in I was acknowledged, greeted, checked in for my appointment, and given the appropriate paperwork to fill out. I was then taken by another employee to get xrays done and she was engaging with me and explained everything she was doing every step of the way….she was quite efficient. Then I was taken back to have a private conversation with another worker who was so kind and it was easy to make a connection with her. And it didn’t stop there. I then met with Dr. M. Parodi who continued to extend the same attention to me as a patient that all of her staff did, she is clearly knowledgeable and provided me with several treatment options for me to consider. She too was so personable. And lastly, I was so impressed with the ambiance of the office space…so, so inviting….and staff matched the vibe as well. I was super duper impressed!!

We love San Antonio Orthodontics! Everyone on staff is friendly and helpful. They fully explained the entire process and all costs before we made a decision to get braces. This is my 5th child in braces and this has been the best experience, by far!

SA Orthodontics is such a great place to come for orthodontic care! As a first-timer, my daughter has quickly gotten comfortable with the technicians and even has a favorite we regularly request. Dr. Parodi is just lovely and has a wonderful bedside manner. I highly recommend this place to anyone nervous about starting orthodontic care or looking for a more personalized experience!

My daughter has been coming here for over a year now & each visit has been the same since day 1. The staff does an amazing job at communicating & making people feel at ease coming to them they’re all so great at what they do & are always friendly. 10/10 recommend!

This place is truly awesome!! The staff does everything to make everyone very comfortable and so that we are making the right decisions for our family!! Emmit was absolutely amazing!!! Emmit made sure we were informed of everything and was awesome at answering all our questions and concerns. The service was wonderful and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!! Definitely the best place to come!!!

Dr.Diaz and her staff ARE Amazing. Nobody, and I mean NOBODY Can top them. & the receptionist Erica is amazing as well. If it wasn’t for Erica providing me information about this practice my teeth WOULD NOT be pretty as they are now. They boosted my confidence even more !!! I’ll recommend anybody to this practice. They are beyond professional, provide a family atmosphere, and beyond welcoming!!! Dr.Diaz, Bama, Erica, & (the one who D-bound me) are 100/100. If you’re looking for a practice a recommended this one!!!

If you’re considering where to get your orthodontic work done, you can stop looking now. I came in for adult braces. EVERYONE on the staff here is polite and professional ALL THE TIME. They’ve been nothing but kind every time I’ve interacted with anyone. This place is clean, organized, cute, friendly, and very comfortable. They do their best to accommodate, and you can’t put a price on humanity and empathy.

My teeth! I used to be so embarrassed about the crowding, and I hated showing my teeth. Now I look pretty freaking good. And we’re not even done yet. Period.

We absolutely love the care we receive here with Dr. Parodi and all her staff! They are doing everything right by keeping us informed, and I love how hard they work to keep the office so clean!

Customer service is top tier whether it’s in person or over the phone. San Antonio Orthodontics was very patient from the beginning of my treatment and still is and now I’m almost halfway through treatment. I almost never wait in the waiting room and I’ve had appointments in the mornings, lunch and afternoons. Any concerns I have they address right away and I love coming into the office because I know I’ll always have a good experience!

San Antonio Orthodontics has the most welcoming and calming environment i’ve ever experienced. The doctor and staff are all very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend to anyone with ortho needs, especially if they have any dental anxiety. 10/10 would recommend!

The doctor addressed my concerns about my child's breathing while noting a timeline for correcting the overbite and crowding. Without pressure to commit or scaring my child. Absolutely great team. This the second kid I have taken to them and despite moving across town continue to come to them because they stand behind their work.
