I have been shopping here for the past years and they do not disappoint in my opinion! I love the trendy pieces they have through the seasons from shirts, shackets, pants, shoes, purses and earrings. The store staff are always friendly and helpful when you need help shopping in person. My favorite way to shop is their app! It’s very user friendly and very dangerous for my wallet! Lol but it’s great to have and be able to shop when your crunched for time and can’t shop in store! 10/10 would always recommend this store to shop for your trendy needs!

Super cute boutique!! If you’re ever looking for holiday (Halloween, Christmas, Easter, St.Patricks, Rodeo, Fiesta) themed clothing this is the place! They also ship quickly :)

This has to be one of the BEST boutiques I’ve been to in San Antonio!!! They have the cutest items. I went in to just get a small gift for a coworker. I plan to go back later today for myself!!!

A friend introduced me to this store a few months ago and let me tell you, I haven’t shopped anywhere else in a while! I love how they do the lives and always have so much positive energy and vibes and then everything they model is so beautiful! The app that they have to shop is so convenient and easy! I’m from San Antonio, so I always go pick up in the store even though it’s a little drive, but it’s so worth it, the girls are always helpful and welcoming, and I always end up buying something else 😂🤦🏼‍♀🤍

I love this place! I live in rural Colorado and not many options for shopping around me. I always get my stuff mailed to me. I get so many compliments on the clothes and shoes I have purchased. The selection is great and to have the Sezzle option for payment is amazing. I will always be a customer and look forward to visiting the store when I visit my family in San Antonio.

The first time I shopped at the boutique it was not a welcoming vibe. When I left it made me fell a certain way. I had stopped buying but of course I love y’all’s clothes, so I couldn’t stay away. Then one day Bell helped me out, she’s always so sweet and helpful. Always friendly when I come to pick up my orders.

This boutique is amazing! They have the cutest clothing ever! Their staff is also super AMAZING very kind and helpful. Oh and they are so outgoing on the “LIVES” and in store. If you haven’t been you need to go! 🙂

Wow is really all I can say. The customer service at this boutique is out of this world amazing. Bryanna goes above and beyond to make sure everything is exactly what your wanting or needing. She stayed calm even when I asked her so many questions. Shopping online or over the phone is not easy but boy does this shop make is extremely easy! Picked up my first package last week and was extremely happy with the quality of the dress and the price. Today I purchased a bag and Bryanna texted me pictures for my approval to get exactly what I wanted! Also the lives are amazing seeing and being able to buy while seeing how certain items fit is key to sales! I’m so excited to see such an amazing small business give such amazing quality and service! I will definitely recommend and be a returning customer! I’m one happy camper for sure!

I was really worried about returning a jacket here after reading the reviews about bad customer service. But it actually went great ! The girl behind the register checked if they had the size I needed. Which they didn't sadly. But I was able to exchange it for other items. Both times I went i had a great experience.

My first time shopping at a boutique and let me just say I fell in love with this one! Their store is beautifully decorated and their items are worth shopping for! Everything they have is gorgeous and the customer service is excellent I had this kind woman help me choose an outfit for my birthday!💖

I really love this boutique. The workers and even the owner are always very welcoming. I remember going into the boutique when they first opened and now they are going to transition into an even bigger one ! This place is also so girly and so cute, I feel like they have so many unique styles and something for all occasions. I have never been denied assistance when I would shop inside the store.

I love all of the staff and appreciate how thorough they are when they are doing the lives in showing a variety of options with the outfits. Love One&Only Boutique!!! Everytime I've gone everyone always makes me feel welcomed and are super helpful when I'm trying to decide on my outfit and accessories. They just got an app which I'm in love the picture and video quality is awesome so clear and it's so user friendly. I also love how I can chat with other shoppers while the live is going on it makes it a very fun shopping experience I look forward to daily. OOB is honestly the best boutique out there. So many style and size options all year around. They also carry home decor and gift options, just in time for Christmas!

Besides their awesome products, their customer service is TOP NOTCH. Im always greeted with such genuine excitement and joy! The owners and employees truly care about their customers.

I love this store! I love how you are greeted as you walk in the door and the associates are always there to help. The owners are great! They are always trying to help with answering questions and product knowledge. The store is always decorated nice and the store is always spotless! Definitely an A in my book!

The first time my daughter and I visited the store over 2 months ago we were hooked. Everyone was so nice and they ALL went out of their way to help us. Since we were new to shopping with them, they showed us the ins and outs of the app and how the live shows work. We now watch all the live shows and been buying like crazy ever since!!
