Very pleasant experience in comparison to other game stop locations. . The associate ( please excuse spelling Finn was a great help and wonderful to deal with . She is friendly and goes above and beyond to help her customers with everything they need . Can't say anything bad .

I recently went to this location on potranco because I had a giftcard I wanted to use. Right away I was greeted by a female who not only answered my questions but also informed me I had a couple of discounts available under my account. The gentleman who help me at the cashier was also very polite and helped me get all the discounts that I had acquired. This is a great place for new and used games. I ended up buying 5 great titles for just a little over $70.

Amazing! I was able to get help with my account and even sell them my used old phone a Galaxy S8+ for $85. They helped my sister exchange and purchase new games from her previous visit to the store.

Bit of a regular so I may be bias but its my favorite place and the place to go for games and statues. They greet you and help with whatever questions you may have. For me, they're nice enough to hold my preorder a little longer than usual but I'm also there at least once a month.

I come here several times a week. I try not to but GS calls my name. The guys here are amazing always helpful and friendly and offering warranty on games even though i say no every time. They do their job and more. Thank you brian n team

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. There was only one person working at time of entrance and maximum capacity customers, the employee was so quick to help everyone and seemed very delighted to do so. Will definitely be going to this location more despite it not being the closest to me.

Every time I’ve come to this GameStop I’ve had a really good experience but today was one of the best thanks to James and Carlos they were very helpful and friendly they made my experience 10x better. We will definitely be coming back and I would highly recommend coming to this GameStop you will not be disappointed.

Long review: I've been looking for a switch for a few weeks now but haven't had any luck. I called this gamestop and they had one available so I told them I'd come by with my husband to pick it up. We had so many questions about the console and what was included. The staff Burke and Micheal did such a great job answering all of our tedious questions. Burke rang us up and made us really feel like we were being taken care of. Buying a switch was a big financial decision for us so it was nice to feel heard. I cant thank this store enough for thier incredible treatment. I definitely recommend you go there for any gaming needs. Even if they don't have what your looking for they give your suggestions to get it.

Even during the hectic Christmas hours, they were very patient and went out of their way to see about calling and seeing if I could grab a copy of a popular game that was flying off the shelf(Let's go Pikachu/Eevee). They are even helpful after the holiday hours and very courteous, going so far to remember and ask if I did get the game a few months back. That's pretty impressive since that means I'm not just another customer to get in and get out. They never push a sale and let you take your time browsing and always let you know if you need help with anything.

I went in looking to quickly pick up a copy of a game, but the store didn't have a copy, and before I even say anything they were able to help me find a copy at a nearby store. I was also surprised by the gaming related gifts and clothing. I will have to buy a headset from here at some point from their surprisingly large selection.

I've been playing games simce i was old enough to hold the controller. I have always come to Gamestop for my video game needs and i will continue to do so. The staff are welcoming friendly, and are always willing to talk about what you like, because chances are they like it too! I'm probably a bit biased because I'll probably be working there soon, but there really is no alternative if you want the best in customer service and video game products.

Went in to browse through some games and merchandise. The store was very clean and tidy and the customer service was excellent. The employee working there always cleaned the keypad after every use between customers which is a plus for me 👍🏻

I drop by this place occasionally for used games and I am never disappointed. I usually find a decent selection and the staff is very helpful. They have more than just games too. They have collectable toys, action figures, funko pops, tshirts and more. For me, it is a very fun place to visit and shop. You never know what awesome deal you'll find. I sure hope this chain survives.

The workers were friendly and helped me what I needed to look for. The prices are good and service was fast. Inside and outside the store was clean and organized as well

The staff are great selections good wish they had a little bit more on inventory or stock but for such a small storage place they can't have 20 of everything. Otherwise the stores great though find you another store that has the stuff if they don't have it

I drove up from Mission, TX to buy a game for my Kahoot. The salesperson was very helpful. He told me if I ever was in this situation where I need to drive 4 hours to pick up a game, that my local gamestop can have it shipped. Thanks Gamestop employee that I totally forgot to ask your name! This gamestop was clean and not busy when I arrived.
