Ashley Store

My wife and I went to purchase a new couch at the Ashley store. Dylan the manager helped us with this process. He wasn’t too pushy and let us look around without being right on top of us. We made our decision and he made the transaction quick and easy. Overall we had a great experience and are excited for our new couch to be delivered on Wednesday. Highly recommend!

I was hesitant to go to Ashley fearing it would be like the other furniture stores in town that are very expensive. It was my last stop for the day, my son and I had been shopping all day. The store was warm and inviting when we walked in and my son and I were starting to look around ducking the sales force but then one of us got us while we were trying out a sectional. His name was Nick and he was fantastic. He listened to what I needed, what I wanted and was not pushy at all. He showed me everything that would be a possibility but saved the best for last the one he came up with from all the things I said I did and did not want. It was the one I bought. He provided excellent customer service and we got along fantastic. At the end of the night I got a fantastic deal on some beautiful furniture for my new home.

We walked into Ashley furniture to look at a specific piece we found online. We had Bailey as our sales rep. She was so pleasant to work with, not pushy. Bailey was very knowledgeable on the pieces we were interested in. We returned later that day to purchase those 3 pieces. The whole experience was so smooth.

Definitely recommend Ashley furniture store. Everyone was so patient and accommodating with me. I have a lot of special needs and the staff was good at helping to fit me with the proper bed and price range for my needs. The main person I worked with was Nicolas, but others were helpful as well. He called one of the girls over who specialized in the particular bed I was looking at, to answer further questions.

The store manager Brenda was sweet and wonderful to chat with and my salesperson Camilla was amazing!! She stayed with me while we tried to get the great offer that I had been preapproved for but was having trouble getting to when it timed out. She also found me my couch! Saw what I was liking and recommended another one that I fell in love with! Was also able to get me delivery in DAYS. 100% recommend!

I have purchased multiple furniture sets through Ashley but this was our best experience yet. Nicholas (and his wife) were so amazing and it was such a laid back and patient buying experience. No pushing or exploiting. Just listening and finding the best fit for us. They will continue to get our business.

Ashley Store was very clean! My salesperson was extremely nice, friendly, and knowledgeable about the furniture. She was not pushy, like most salespeople are which was a good thing, or I would have walked out of the store as soon as that happen! A very nice experience all around!

Ashley furniture helped us to order a table we saw on their website, but wasn’t in the store. They price matched the online price. The staff was friendly and helpful. The delivery came surprisingly earlier than expected, which was an advantage to me. The delivery was fast and our furniture was put together properly.

Today was the first day I have ever been to Ashley furniture. My experience was wonderful. The lady that helped me her name was Audrey. She was fabulous. Very helpful. Very kind. Not pushy which is a big plus to me. Excited to be receiving my new couch soon

Great experience! Camilla Rhea was awesome and efficient. We got everything on sale which was incredible. We bought a book shelf for my reading book, we bought table and chairs, glass book shelf and entertainment center for my husbands man cave all today due to sale. 😊
