The best service in all of Tennessee! This is my second car here and Michael Carroll is a definite go to for personal service in a professional manner. I can’t finish without mentioning Stephanie Boles, the most endearing service from finance that I’ve ever come across. Thank you both for a great experience.

Had a great experience with Mikey and Derrek at Nissan! Derrek greeted us immediately, when we arrived, we had seen a trailblazer online that we were there for, and knew immediately we wanted to test drive it. Derek was already working with another customer and got Mikey to help us. Mikey went above and beyond getting us the best deal for the vehicle we wanted. He did not pressure us and he was very knowledgeable when answering all our questions. I would highly recommend working with Mikey or Derrek for any vehicle needs!

After negotiating an agreeable deal on a new 2024 Titan Pro 4X XD and I traded in my 2016 Ram 2500 Laramie, then I made the trip down from Cincinnati. The deal at Nissan of Cookeville was far better then what I could work up here. The overall experience was great! Issac from the Web Sales team was very professional while working with me. Stephanie in Finance was quick, precise and fun to deal with as we closed out the documents. Overall, this was a very pleasurable dealership experience, even when spending a pile of money on purchasing a car. Highly recommended!

Went to Nissan in Lebanon and they tried to scam me. Horrible experience. 2 years later gave Nissan Cookeville a chance. They did absolutely everything in their power to make sure I was 100% satisfied. They answered every question truthfully even if the answer wasn't what I was looking for. The communication was transparent and customer service was amazing. I was able to make the exact deal I wanted within a couple hours and drove away in my new car that day. Robbie Johnson was our sales person and was very helpful and friendly. Great to work with! Answered all of our questions in a timely manner prior to us scheduling a time to test drive the vehicle. The sales manager and the finance person that we dealt with was very nice as well. One of the most pleasant car buying experiences we’ve had.

Mikey Delk was an amazing sales associate. He made me feel comfortable and understood what I wanted. I was unable to come to the dealership to do the entire process and he assisted me with the options to go forward over the phone and via emails. I never even knew that was an option! He helped me find the exact model and color along with the extra cargo cover I wanted to complete my purchase. He worked with me through my unusual schedule and even went as far as to come in early to help me finish the buying process so I could make it back to pick my daughter up from school on time. I love this dealership, this was my 3rd car from there and i don’t want to shop anywhere else. You all know how to pick the best salesmen!

I am so lucky I happened to contact Nissan of Cookeville via a request from a third party car site (Truecar). I had been casually looking for a 2023 Nissan Rogue Premium in a certain color and trim package. I won't pan the other dealers but I had the expected experience with most of the others, which included dealer "add ons", inflated pricing for required accessories and protection packages etc. My mouth about dropped when I received the price for the car from Isaac, my internet sales person, and it was literally "thousands" below the price offered by other dealers.

I've bought two new cars in my life now. The first was a Nissan Sentra in 1987 when was 20. The second is now this 2023 Nissan Rogue, about a week ago. The whole process was a great experience. Great people. Great prices. No high pressure sales. Just a pleasant way to buy a car. I even got financing that was LOWER than my credit union. Overall I highly recommend the team at Nissan of Cookeville.

Needed a last-minute rental car during a chaotic road-trip-emergency-car-repairs situation. Jessica worked with us to get the car day-of, and Tristan even gave us a courtesy pick up from the hotel (next door). The rental car allowed my parents to get me to the airport in time to get settled at my new destination (they followed once the car was repaired). Really grateful for the efficient and kind service!
