Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Everything was excellent. I haven’t been to a Cracker Barrel in years but we were in the mood. It definitely fulfilled our craving. We love the wood fire and the comforting and inviting atmosphere. Service was great and always a pleasure being able to shop before or after our meal.

Cracker Barrel as usual had very good food. But this visit I had the opportunity to be served by the best waitress I have ever met. Her professionalism and the positive attitude exceeded expectations.
Kimberly has to be one of Cracker Barrel most outstanding employees.

I stopped by alone to grab a bite to eat. My service was quick. The food was wonderful (as I expected) and the atmosphere was relaxing, not being very busy at that particular time. This was my first time at this Cracker Barrell and the gift store was set up a little different. I enjoy browsing after ordering my meal or on the way out. I ordered loaded tots with an over medium egg on the side. The egg was a little overcooked & the tots were wonderful.

Only reason I gave 3 on service is the young hostess was incredibly snappy. Not sure if she was having a bad day but she wasn't very nice! Other then that it's always a great experience.

I frequently order takeout from the Cookeville, TN Cracker Barrel for curbside delivery. They are consistently prompt and the food is consistently well prepared, fresh and delicious. Many thanks!

Great service!, my sausage was over. Cooked, the biscuits were amazing ❤and plating needed some work. The guy picking up the tables around us was very loud slamming dishes but our waitress helped him and he got quieter.

Crowded as they always are but we were seated immediately. Amazing breakfast menu. Our waitress was courteous and very accommodating. The food was fresh and delicious. We always love looking at all the variety of items in the gift shop as well. Definitely give them a try and maybe you'll see us there😁

Once again Cracker Barrel delivers with great tasting food options. You can't go wrong with the grilled trout. The wifey tried the chicken tenders for the first time and she really enjoyed them. They were great tasting, large chicken tenders with a sweet sauce on top.

Close to the interstate. One of the better Cracker Barrel restaurants in the country!

Lorie Bohannon was the server who brought our food to our car. She was friendly, polite and courteous. Our food was brought quickly and was prepared perfectly.

Cracker Barrel is one of those places, you know that you can enjoy your time.
Great food, attention and environment.
I have been here a couple times already and the service is really good, and to think how many people would come here on a Sunday morning! Just remember to ask your waiter for napkins they don't give as much, maybe they are just trying to save a bit. All in all a pleasant time.

The restaurant and store were packed on arrival and didn't mind waiting a few minutes as the browsing around the store makes the wait seem quicker.

Hadn't been to Cracker Barrell in a while but it was great as I wanted Breakfast and my Son wanted lunch. The food was all excellent in quality and priced fairly.

The staff were all friendly and had great appearance. Our food was served efficiently and they checked in regularly to make sure we were good amd didn't need anything.

I highly reccomend this location based on my experience .

Chicken and dumplings were excellent, catfish too well done.
Service was okay, but understandable, since it was New Year's Day, it was packed, since fewer places are open to eat at.

My wife Peggy Mitchell and I loved Cracker Barrel. We love the hospitality there. Although, there was some of the staff that was not too friendly. (The 5 🌟 ends here)

Also, I'm very extremely upset and disappointed that the Cracker Barrel at this location DID NOT accept Military Discounts. We're from Louisville, Kentucky and Cracker Barrel there accepts Military Discounts. I've been to other Cracker Barrels that accept Military Discounts and thousands and thousands of other restaurants accept Military Discounts and to me that is very extremely DISRESPECTFUL AND DISHONORABLE to Military people AND Veterans that served the country and to deny a Military Veteran of getting a discount at is extremely rude and disrespectful. The policy needs to change. I'm asking for part of my money 💸 💸 because of that.

You can't go wrong at Crackerbarrel, but this one especially hit the mark. We were traveling on a Saturday up to east TN and had already experienced several traffic delays. We arrived around noonish and there was only a short wait, not the hour I expected, to be seated. We literally got our food the same time we received our drinks, amazing and delicious! Kudos to all for a very positive experience. I had no food pics to post, because we at it all:)

We were at Cracker Barrel on 02-21-24. Ruby was our waitress. She was excellent! She was very sweet, attentive, and helpful. She is a real asset to your Cookville restaurant.

Cookeville, TN Cracker Barrel is second to none in service, class and taste. Super friendly staff. I LOVE IT!!!! Best Cracker Barrel I've ever been to.

The food was amazingly delicious! The whole staff was darling!! What made our night though was our waitress Robin she was delightful and sweet beyond measure. She was highly attentive and friendly.

0 one of the best places to eat the place is clean. The food is happy, fresh and the weight is short. Even if they're a long lines coming outside. They exceeds you as promptly as they can and it's worth the wait.

Sidney Wetherington was an amazing Server. She was very attentive, kept are drinks full and made us feel very welcome even though they were super busy.
