Chick-fil-A

Although they were extremely busy serving a busload of teenagers, the staff were working very hard to keep the line moving and they never lost their positive attitude and smiles. The pimento cheese chicken sandwich was absolutely amazing and I can't wait till my next visit. I wish there was a store closer to my location!

Typical Chic-fil-a. We were greated as we approached to place our order as well as thanked for coming in. After placing our order and taking our seat it was not long before our food was brought to us. Once again we were thanked and asked if there was anything else he could do for us. During our meal someone came around and asked us if we would like refills. Got our drinks and brought us fresh drinks.

I love eating here with always consistent quality in both food and service.
I enjoy drinking my SunJoy and nomming on those delicious nuggets!
The friendliness of the staff regardless of the busyness of the day, is refreshing to say the least, in this day and time when most places act like you are interrupting their day.

Always have very good very friendly service! My order has always been fresh and correct. A little sad they were out of peach so I couldn't get a tea, but no fault of theirs. Also love that they have a play place!

This is one of mine and my husband's favorite places to eat at!! We are also on a calorie deficit diet so this is one of our "cheat day" meals that we get about once a month. Their food is always hot and delicious! Their customer service is always friendly and quick!! I don't know how they keep such a great staff no matter what state you're in, but I am so happy with their unwavering customer service!!

We have never been to a Chick-fil-A before (from Canada) but we were impressed! The girl taking our order was kind and caring. The food was good and I loved that they had a gluten free bun option! That's hard to find in fast food.

Usually Chick-fil-A does a good job however today I'm I ordered a large lemonade lemonade and when I got home I realized it was a small sprite as well my large French fries were hard and cold. I also did not even get my Deluxe chicken sandwich that gave me a spicy chicken sandwich I have never been so upset with this chick-fil-a. I also ordered 2 ice cream and I didn't even get that! This is just horrible!

This is a great Chick-fil-A! I highly recommend it! Service is great and the food is always good!

Good food was very good and fresh as always. The service was top tier and very quick. Bathrooms and seating areas were very clean. This is as good as it gets!

The employees were getting their butts kicked when about 6 cross country teams and their familes showed up, all at once. We never heard one complaint, and they were getting out everyone's food super quick for the number of people they were making orders for. Thank you, employees! You guys were rock stars! And we appreciated you! We will be back!

Friday afternoon there was a large line both drive through and in the building. I did go inside, and while it was busy it was very clean still. The employees were all helpful and kind, and they had my order out quickly. The play area looked nice, but I didn't take my kids, so I didn't go in to see it closely. Overall a great experience, what I've come to expect from them.

This place is always clean and the employees are always nice, helpful and act like they are glad to see you.
Chick-fil-A has the best fast food restaurants for a reason and the Cookeville location is no exception.

Order to go. Don't like eating in restaurant bc they are always packed. It's Chick FIL A. No explanation needed, perfect.

I opted to go inside since the line to the drive thru was around the building. The ladies at the registers were quick to get the customers orders in so the line inside went very quickly. My order was correct and piping hot. I had to wait a few minutes before I could eat it but I didn't mind I had a big ole cup of ice cream with chocolate syrup to enjoy. I would highly recommend this location to anyone. Well done👏👏👍👍

Food was delicious, but a little disappointed that my coffee tasted bitter and that my order wasn't checked when they handed it to me the first time, assuming that was all I was getting.

Great restaurant, as you would come to expect from Chick-fil-A

Easily the best Chick-fil-a I have ever eaten at and one of if not the best quick service restaurant I have ever been to. Friendly staff, food always amazing, and they don't shy from special orders like other CFAs. The only problem is this location is TOO popular - expect to wait in long lines during lunch and dinner time. Worth the wait, though.

Out of town visitor

1st night Attempted to go here but the line was so long inside and the drive-through was outrageous they were very slow

2nd Day I will try to give them a second chance, Same thing happened they are very slow here, This is definitely not what I'm used to at Chick-fil-A and I have been to multiple nationwide. I would say I waited over 25 minutes for my order.

I'm not sure if this is a new location or if they have all new people.

There was no complaint to the food my kids ate it.

Overall my rating on this was the place was OK the restaurant was clean the bathrooms were clean and the service was slow be prepared to wait.

The food and service were awesome! Great job and friendly service!!!
