O'Charley's Restaurant & Bar

Had a great time. Friendly staff. Quick service with piping hot food. I always love the soup and the deviled eggs. I got the Cajun pasta with chicken and it didn’t disappoint. My wife got the chicken tenders and man they were good too. I don’t have one bad thing to say. Two thumbs way up.

Typically, good food and service, decent wine and beer selection, and a nice place to dine with my honey.

This last time, my soup had to be reheated, as it arrived warm but not hot, but that's the exception, and we've never run into that before here.

Solid chain, which is usually a good time for all.

Paige is a literal angel! I’ll always stop in when I get the chance and pray she’s serving! I know she wears many hats as I’ve been coming there for a few years and have seen her work several jobs. She always has a smile and makes me and my family feel taken care. Very hospitable! A lot of nearby restaurants have similar foods but I can guarantee they don’t have a Paige!

My significant other and I shared a quiet dinner at O'Charley's. The food was delicious. Our server was most impressive. He was very prompt, polite and made sure we had an enjoyable time while we were at O'Charley's.

Excellent food, nice atmosphere, good value considering the amount and quality of the food.
Minor criticism, the waitress was not up to date with what beers were available that evening, IPA requested, but was told it was unavailable, but upon visiting the bar later that evening, it was available and I enjoyed a couple while I watched the sport. The bar was managed by Becky, a lovely lady, very helpful, I got just the beer I wanted.

Very clean and comfortable atmosphere. Employees are very personable, but the food quality is going down. Last 2 times I've been I have been disappointed in the food quality. It used to be much better.

Hope was a great server. She was attentive and checked in several times.
Food came out quickly and hot. I had the seafood combo platter. The cod was superb, the stuff crab were decent, and the shrimp were breaded perfectly and were a great size. I enjoyed all the seafood.

We were seated across from a couple that were basically harassing the server because she asked for ID to serve them alcohol. They were obviously old enough but she was just doing her job. She handled them great and the couple even wanted to manager to come out so they could bother him with the fact that the server asked for ID and they didn't like it. The manager also handled them well.
However, it was very awkward for our table. Not the fault of the restaurant.

Food was delicious. They're so good with fried chicken in any form, tried the honey drizzled for the first time and it was great. The fried chicken salad was huge and tasty. The rolls are also awesome. For dessert, you can't beat the caramel pie, especially on Free Pie Wednesday!

The food was great. The service was good too. We had a large group, and orders were correct. The checks were correct and handled well. The waitress was very nice and helpful.

Our waiter was very nice. My husband and I both got thr ribeyes and they were cooked perfect. Great experience all around!

Great service by friendly wait staff; good food - Lunch Special (Loaded Potato Soup, Caesar Salad, and Iced Tea.) Couldn't have been more pleased with the wait staff - attentive college student who was on the ball throughout the entire meal. You will likely not be disappointed at O'Charley's.

Went in for a quick lunch for the first time. We had Patrick as our server and he was very good. The food itself was also very good and came out hot. I added the cole slaw to the meal as an extra side.... yum 😋.

My first time at this location. To be honest I almost walked out and went to Olive Garden but I waited instead. Absolutely glad I did. I’m still disappointed that you no longer have prime rib but the Louisiana steak is an excellent alternative. It was cooked (for the first time in 3 years of anywhere) that my steak was cooked perfectly! It joined the clean plate club for sure! The restaurant is very clean and my server Lexi is doing an excellent job. As a server myself my expectations are a bit high but she did very well. Will definitely come back and bring people with me. Thank you Lexi for a good experience I hope to see you here the next time I come.

The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. I don't know what else to say, everyone seems to already know this is the place to go for great food.

The combo was amazing and my sever Taylor was absolutely fantastic. I will be definitely coming back and I recommend Taylor for anyone.

I’ve ate here often throughout the years but tonight was my favorite! The rolls were amazing, the food was fresh and hot. But my favorite part was that our servers Caden and Esteban were literally the nicest servers I have ever had! Nothing makes a meal more enjoyable then having servers who are attentive and actually care.

All went well with our visit. A super cute waiter was an unexpected bonus. He was charming. Bent over backwards to make sure he did it right. And very attentive. Food was tasty, served hot, and generous portions. Overall a very good experience. It was also free pie Wednesday. Yum!
