Hiller Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical

We have used Hiller for the last 3 years. They have excellent customer service! They show up on time and do quality work. We have also found their service (Matt T) and install techs (Adam) sales agents (Justin) and quality techs (Matt) to be polite, and knowledgeable. The fact that they even send someone out to do a quality check after install says something! We highly recommend Hiller.

The service was excellent and the technician was very professional and creative. My piping was from 1948 and he streamlined everything for easier access, not to mention it looks extremely nice. The only thing that needs improvement is letting the customer know for certain that an item is available. Ex: I needed electric heating tape for my pipes. The lady who set up my appointment assured me that the technician would have it and install it, but when he arrived, he said they do not carry it. Other than that, I am extremely pleased with the professional job that was done.

Technician Jason Johnson was very punctual, knowledgeable, and efficient. He was able to fix a problem with my water heater that I have been dealing with for quite sometime that other technicians had not been able to resolve. Highly recommend him to take care of any issues you maybe having. I plan on getting more work done in the near future and will be calling Hiller and requesting him.

A Hiller Technician, Taylor Lee, came to our house on December 22 to do a regular six month inspection. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about our unit and gave us valuable information on how to help us keep our home warm and cool and make the unit last as long as possible. We really appreciated his service.

Hiller done a good job from start to finish. I purchased a Kolher whole home generator and Justin did a good job getting everything ordered and set up for installation. Justin kept me informed on every step of the way. Thanks to Aaron and Scott for all the installation and showing me how everything works. They where good people, I would recommend them for any home needs.

This is thee second time I’ve used Hiller. The first time was plumbing and this time was electrical, I highly recommend them. I was lucky enough to get same day service. They were prompt, professional and took good care of my home. In my case I felt the went above and beyond in diagnosing our problem. It was a quick fix at a fair price. I will definitely use them again.

I am a very anxious person. Upon contacting the company they immediately got me an appointment window for same day. The tech arrived and I was going to leave (due to anxiety and there was another adult here in case the tech needed something) but Scott Kilgore (tech) assured me everything was fine. He made me feel better about everything and had the issue fixed within the hour. I couldn't be any happier and now I can breath again. Thank you Scott for knowing your profession so well and for showing some compassion and reassuring me all was fine. I would recommend this company. If I were to need an electrcian again I would call and request Scott Kilgore 😊

I had been putting off getting a new HVAC for some time. I figured I would call and get on the books as I figured with the temperatures starting to cool down it might take a minute to get scheduled… I was wrong. I called Monday October 23, Tuesday morning October 24 a project manager came out and gave me an estimate by Friday October 27 at noon I had a brand new HVAC unit. Everyone from the office staff to the technicians were super nice and helpful. I highly recommend Hiller Electrical and Plumbing. I know that I will use them for all of my house projects from now on. I am extremely happy with the product and service provided.

They were able to fit us into the schedule 2 Days earlier than expected which we were grateful for. Wonderful professional service and they quickly remedied the problem at a very reasonable price.

Not only is this place AMAZING but the customer service is outstanding. I got a call from Michelle to let me know Caleb would be on his way and where he was coming from. She was awesome to talk to and very informative. Caleb got here on time even early and he was wonderful. He listened to me on what was going on recognized the problem and was able to help. Unfortunately, we have a slum lord that will not do what really needs to be done but Caleb made comfortable enough for me to help my prosthetic veterans in the building. Thank you all so much for living up to the smile on your vans.

I only use Hiller. Their technicians are always honest and friendly and do the best work. I use them for everything and I am never disappointed. And their prices were cheaper than I expected.

When you are doing a first time electrical setup you need an excellent point man to bring everything together. Aaron has done an admirable job in getting it done right, satisfying inspectors, and managing matters. It's not finished yet, but it's takes connections, knowledge and patience, that much is clear. Hiller techs were wonderful, efficient, fast, and clean. Explain how my new ac/heater worked. They even installed dire alarms and replaced a battery in the igniter on gas fireplace. I would definitely recommend thier services!
