Never had a problem here. Everyone's always polite and friendly, and place is always stocked.

Smells funny when you walk in.

The clerks are not friendly at all , they never smile and if you need assistance you might as well go somewhere else. They don't speak to you when you come in and they don't thank you for shopping at their establishment . I work at a convenience store and they would not last long where I work. I have stopped going to this location because of the way you are treated , I would recommend going somewhere else if you expect to be greeted with a smile and a thank you.

i have tried 10 times to do business with this place. the big guy in the morning is so rude.i am trying to do business with these people and he acts like you are bothering him.. no customer service at all.. i thought the first 3 times he was having a bad day but after trying about 10 times this is my last and will never be back and hope this guy can find a job without talking to people.. who ever owns this store does not spend enough time here to see what is going on..

Cashier "manager" is extremely rude everyone I know has told me that they go across the street because of this. Tonight was my first experience with him needless to say it was not a good experience he was eating a candy bar and puffed and blowed for having to assist me I wanted lottery tickets and he told me that I needed a new hobby I was very offend with his comment he doesn't even know me. This was my first and last experience with him I even tried to be nice and asked him If he was just having a bad night night he grunted I'm here, really this is how your managers treat your customers no wonder you don't get much business I'll go across the street from now on with everyone else

Customer service is absolutely awful lately. Stopped to get fuel today and the lady behind the counter was so rude that I almost walked out. We give this place a lot of business but I'll happily go across the street where someone will speak to me instead of acting like it is an inconvenience when I am making a purchase. I am not expecting anyone to do a cartwheel when I speak but if I say hello, how are you or have a good day and you don't even acknowledge me, you can bet that you've lost my business.

Abysmal Customer Service / Thieves
I went to this store a little after 5 this afternoon to treat myself to a 6 pack of my favorite beer , something I only get to do every couple of months. Got home, popped the top, the beer was skunked. Green. Spoiled. Back to town, it's just around 7, two hours later, and there is a different clerk, who did not know what to do. Luckily, her supervisor happened to be there so she asked her what to do. She didn't know what to do so she called her store manager on the phone. After the call ended I was told I might inject something into it and they would be liable. So I guess they would put the skunky beer I took home and returned on the shelf? I was also told I might drink all the beer and refill the bottles with something that looks like beer. Really? I guess I know what customer service is worth to this store. $7.49. The amount they stole from me selling me a spoiled product and refusing to replace it. If you want to be treated with respect and expect a modicum of customer service, I suggest taking your business to a different convenience store. There must be at least 50 others to choose from here in Cookeville.

Couldn't even get my wheelchair bound client up on the sidewalk.
