Pro-Service Painting and Remodeling

Phil with Pro-Service did an excellent job on the extension of my outdoor patio/ deck. The deck was built requiring concrete work, metal posts, composite deck boards, and welded metal railings. The project from the beginning was very well coordinated with the various parties which resulted in a quick completion. Phil always communicated with me the workers' schedules and left me totally at ease during the construction. The deck looks great. I would highly recommend Pro-Service for any home project. Phil showed great concern for the job and constant attention to the details. He truly stands apart from others!

We have used Pro-Service twice and both times have been extremely satisfied. The first time was when a car drove into our living room. Pro-Service worked with our insurance company and completely fixed everything. The exterior brick was replaced and the interior walls had to be redone along with the floor. After they were finished, I could never tell that anything had ever happened. The blending of the new brick with the old brick was seamless and the inside drywall can not be seen where the damage occurred. The floor was also replaced and the floor looks better than the original. The second time we used Pro-Service was when we had a water leak in our second floor toilet while we were away. After having a plumber come out and repair the leak (a flange needing replacing under the toilet) a hole in the ceiling in our dining room needed to be mended from the plumbing repair and damage to the ceiling due to the leak. Again we were extremely pleased with the outcome. Again you can not tell where the repair took place. In addition, we had a number of other repairs done at the same time and all were accomplished within the time frame we were told and all exceeded our expectations. I can not recommend Pro-Service enough. They treated our house with respect (covered anywhere they worked with paper or plastic and cleaned up after words everything to the best of their ability). They will continue to have all our business when it comes to home repair.

I used ProService to remodel both of my showers and they did a fantastic job. Their tile guy is amazing, takes his time, and does truly an outstanding job. They addressed all of the little things that needed to be fixed at the very end and I'm a happy customer. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Phil was GREAT to work with. Any issue that came up, he was quick to take care of it. I was comfortable with him and his workers in my house, and they finished quickly. We LOVE our new bathroom!

I used Pro Service Painting and Remodeling to do a variety of projects around the house including replacing an exterior French door, exterior painting, deck repair, plus a remodel of the master bath. As the project progressed, given I was so pleased with the quality of the work, I asked Phil to do more including new counters for all the bathrooms and repainting many rooms.

Phil is the definition of an excellent contractor. He is knowledgeable, prompt, fair, efficient and he communicates well before, during and after the project. The quality of work was outstanding and his crews were excellent. Everyone showed up on time, every time.

Pro-Service Painting and Remodeling did a superb job on our project. We had all the carpeting in our house replaced with wood flooring (four bedrooms, family room, living room and dining room) and a large kitchen and hallway area replaced with tile. Additionally, we had granite countertops placed in three bathrooms and our powder room upgraded. This was a large project! The Pro-Service team worked together to coordinate the completion in a very short time frame and the result was absolutely beautiful. Philip, Shannon and the entire construction team worked closely with us to insure that our expectations were met -- and they were exceeded! Before having a new roof put on my house, I needed to have a sagging eave fixed and some fascia replaced. Pro-Service was highly recommended to me by J-Conn Roofing. Everyone from Phil to Shannon to the onsite work crew was responsive and professional. I could not be more pleased with the project. The workers were professional. They fixed the sag and replaced the fascia and painted it to match and cleaned up. I highly recommend them. If the need arises, I will definitely use them again.

Our first experience with Phil & Shannon was over 15 years ago. Since than we’ve had several jobs all of which have been extremely happy with. But the most recent project was by far the largest, remodeling our kitchen. They transformed our “gold” kitchen to a clean, modern, and efficient one. Keeping the original brick and cabinet shell, Phil replaced new doors, drawers and hardware incorporating new and old to perfection.

After years of working with various contractors on projects at our home, we were pleasantly pleased when friends of ours recommended ProServices Remodeling. Not only was the work exceptional, but Phil and Shannon make you feel like one of their family with follow up beyond compare. We have found our “go to” company for additional work now and in the future .

This was the least painful contracting experience ever! So refreshing to deal with Phillip who obviously knows his business so well and Shannon who makes sure the plans made are executed as agreed. My son and I got his house repaired and painted without a single hitch and at a reasonable price. We are already planning a carpet removal and replacement project with this company next winter when I am back in Austin. These two are the pro in Pro-Service! Not to mention that they have expert and friendly folks doing the work. I highly recommend these folks for your contracting needs.

We hired Phil to completely renovate a 1930's bungalow in Hyde Park. He has a respectful crew and he handled everything professionally during the 3 month renovation. We are very happy with the renovation, the craftsmanship of his talented crew, and most importantly with the way Phil treated us and our concerns throughout the renovation. We have just hired Phil again to renovate a detached garage in the backyard, and will definitely hire Pro Services for anything we need down the road.

Phil and Shannon are a great team. They worked with me to help my remodeling plans become a reality. Shannon's skills in interior design added to the quality of the remodel. I've had the team back on several occasions for interior and exterior work. If you want quality work, you need to call the "PROS" (Pro-Service Remodeling).

We were pleased with the work done by Pro-Service Painting & Remodeling. Their bid was reasonable and they did what they said they would do. Phil and Shannon form a good husband and wife team. After a while, it all becomes like family. It is a little different than dealing with other contractors. We would recommend them and in fact are using them on other work.

I never write reviews...but I had to write this one for Pro-Service! They took on a major remodel project for us, including new floors, demo and a complete redesign and rebuild of our fireplace, painting of the entire house, new ceiling fans, new TV's installed, new granite kitchen countertops, new backsplash and painting of the kitchen cabinets... plus a lot of other extras! The service from day one was impressive! From coming out multiple times to take measurements to helping me endlessly to pick out all the new materials. They offered great advice and didn't just "do whatever." If Phil didn't think my choice was the correct one, he brought me other samples to look at before I decided. He also helped greatly in helping me to design the look of the new fireplace. As it is floor to ceiling, it is a huge focal point and had to be just right! The hard workers were always on time, worked tirelessly and even worked on Saturdays to ensure they met the deadline we had set! Their attention to detail and pride in their work truly showed! When we are ready to remodel our master bathroom, we will ONLY be calling Phil & Shannon Stewart and Pro-Service!!
