We came in looking for a new rocker recliner for my daughter. Our salesman, Robert was very helpful and knowledgeable on which type of chair we might be interested in.
We will definitely be back to the Springfield, Illinois store.

I was thoroughly impressed with the care and knowledge that we received at La-Z-Boy! We worked with Nicole and her trainee, Kelly. They were kind, knowledgeable, not pushy, but knew how to sell. They were great “guides” through the store. I highly recommend Nicole and La-Z-Boy! We feel happy about our recent purchase, no buyer’s remorse. Nicole let us take our time and even mapped out the layout of our space to help us visualize. She saved things in our profile that we were interested in but didn’t need right now. I will definitely be returning!

Saleperson asked questions as to what we were looking for so he could show us chairs that might fit what we were wanting. Seemed knowledgeable of the furniture and other information. Very personable staff and excellent choice of chairs.

I can't tell you what a prime example of customer service, friendliness, honesty, and just flat out understanding the customer La-Z-Boy embodies. My wife and I have been working with the Sales Manager, Nicole, since before the 4th of July. We have been hesitant to pull the plug, as anyone who knows the quality of these pieces of furniture are top-notch, but can also carry a hefty price tag. We have been in 5-6 times now, and every time, we have been greeted with warm smiles, welcoming remarks, "I'm so glad to see you two again", and even hugs from Sandy the Owner!!! Nicole has been patient as my wife and I have sorted through our decision process. Today was the day that we decided that sitting on 3 pieces of broken furniture wasn't going to cut it any longer, and Nicole helped us get the best deal, the best warranty, exactly what we wanted, all with the best service!! I can't tell you how much at ease we were knowing that what we were buying was quality, backed by a premium warranty...but most of all, sold by a staff who gets their customers--where ever they are in their walk in life. They ask questions, they look over photos of your room, they give suggestions...they CARE!! What an awesome experience and I can't wait to get our new set!! Nicole and staff, keep it up!! Your knowledge, patience, and friendliness is the reason I will be shopping with you for a long time!!!

From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere and style made me wish I had a lot more money to spend! I was greeted by a knowledgeable gentleman, who knew and showed me what was available for me. I told him that I was headed to a movie and I'd be back when it was over. As soon as the movie was over I went back and bought my recliner. They treated me with respect and took care of the transaction quickly. Now I'm waiting for Saturday to pick it up. I'm sure I'll be saving up for next purchase.

We dealt with Ella as a sales person….she was wonderful! There was no pressure…and outstanding ideas on how to save money or other recliner era that would fit our needs. It was a good experience! She made the purchase an easy thing to do!

Stopped in to the store the day before our purchase to check out the selection and met Sande who was quite helpful and answered my questions. Brought my husband to sit a couple of big and tall chairs the next day, Sande was again a great help. After looking at several stores and not finding anything he fit in properly he found a recliner that was just right. Sande and the young lady helping her with the paperwork were amazing to work with. The recliner is on order and should be delivered in 3 months, hopefully sooner. We had a great shopping experience and highly recommend you stop in and look around.
