Front desk staff are extremely personable and friendly. Facility is really clean. The actual exam and my concerns were answered thoroughly. They had an in house emergency and were extremely communicative about delays and checked in frequently. They were also great with my cat! He loved them and he's a good judge of character. -Would definitely recommend bringing your pet here!

They did absolutely everything they could for my baby and I am so grateful. If they hadn’t worked so closely with me and did everything in their power to help him, we would have had to put him down. They went above and beyond! I am so thankful to Dr. Meriwether for everything she did to keep him going! Great and friendly staff, so professional, and very kind and sympathetic. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

I've been bringing my fur baby Mia here for about 2 years now and I have always had such great experiences and interactions with ALL the staff. This place is located in a good area and close to where I live which is helpful. They are thorough in explanations and thoughtful/kind enough to give you different options when it comes to what your pet truly needs verses other places that will offer you just what they want to charge you for! Kendra made my experience so wonderful yesterday. Ariel at the front is always so sweet and we love Dr. Merriweather! :)

Dr. Foley and Nelsy were absolutely wonderful with my sweet kitty. They helped both of us feel comfortable and talked through everything with me regarding my cat’s health. Everyone in the office was so kind, and I could not have had a better experience.

We are so happy with CityVet. Our previous vets office wasn’t that great, but the vet himself was good. However, they couldn’t get our pup in for like a month to get yearly shots, so we decided to go to CityVet in Addison just this one time since it was close to our house, and since they had plenty of available spots. That was 1.5 years ago and we haven’t gone anywhere else since!

Whenever we are worried about something that our pup gets into, we call them and they always take the time to talk to us and answer any Qs. We have never had any issues with availability or scheduling. Their front staff and each vet we have had are all so friendly and good at what they do. And the most important thing: our pup loves them! They truly care about the patients and they always make him feel comfortable when he freaks out or gets scared (he doesn’t quite like going to the vet !).

This place is amazing.
The staff are friendly, the vet and vet tech always explain everything to us and answer any questions we might have.
There's no price gouging everything from surgery to shots to boarding is exactly what I expect to pay if not less cost wise. They keep in constant contact for surgeries and boarding during and after. The vet itself is very clean and modern / inviting.
I've had teeth cleanings tooth removal vaccines and boarding here with my pups and they have gone above what they have to do.

They are awesome! Dropped off my girl for a groom and vet appointment. 2 birds with 1 stone. They were pretty affordable imo & the staff was so sweet! They had pretty open availability too. My dog was also very happy when I picked her up!

We had to have my cat euthanized today.
We asked the clinic if we could avoid the waiting room, and the clinic arranged to let us in the back entrance and into a private room. A tech soon came in and explained the procedure to us. She was friendly and efficient. Never once did we feel rushed or condescended to. Dr. Foley let me hold my cat as the medicine took effect. The actual procedure was fast, over in a couple of minutes. Dr. Foley was kind and comforting. She told us to take as long as we needed to say goodbye. When we were ready to go, she had comforting words to say. Dr. Foley was kind and comforting at a difficult time. Thank you for taking care of my cat with such care. Dr Foley treated my cat as if he were her own cat. When or if I get another cat, I will come to Dr. Foley.

We could not be more happy with Dr. Timmermans and the staff at City Vet. Our dog Tank had to have surgery and they really worked with us and were super clear with pre and post op instructions. They also do updates before / after the surgery. They even reached out after to check on him and answer any post op questions ASAP.

We’ve found our new vet and I can’t wait to get our other dog in here for a check up.

Dr. Foley is the absolute best. Our dog is pretty high maintenance and they always do their best to accommodate her and ensure she’s comfortable. We are so grateful to Dr. Foley and the cityvet addison team!

CityVet Addison and Dr. Foley always take great care of my Frenchie Bentley. They always explain everything in detail.

We had an issue with our senior cat come up suddenly and needed to get him in, this happened about 5 and they closed at 7. New patient, they worked Neville in. Absolutely love the staff, everyone was so nice and caring. The vet was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what the issue was and quickly set us at ease. We came back in the morning for a dental procedure. They checked in via text and the vet called as they needed to take care of another tooth as well. I was provided all the information I needed and was confident my cat was getting excellent care. When I went to pick him up, the lady checking us out apologized that the extra tooth took the rate over my quote (which I was prepared for), to my shock it was only by $60. They made sure I knew what his recovery would be and care going forward. They really made a stressful situation so much better. I moved from Frisco 5 years ago and loved my vet, I have struggled to find someone to fill his shoes and am so thankful we found CityVet in Addison! I finally found a great place to take my kitty boys!Thank you from us and Neville!

Cityvet Addison got my Sunny in same day for a bath and nail trim. I picked him up and he was happy, fluffy, very well-groomed, wearing an adorable bandana! 5 stars for the gang at Cityvet! 😝

I love the staff here. They take amazing care of my babies each year for their annual. My cats were treated so good and while they were afraid, the Dr and tech handled them so gently.

They never surprised me with hidden fees at billing. The front desk receptionists have answered general questions with good knowledge. The site was clean and spacious, exam rooms have opaque windows on some exam rooms for privacy.

Easily the best vet in my 30 years of pet ownership.

We love CityVet Addison! The staff goes above and beyond to care for our dog Rosie. She’s a rescue dog who was previously abused and she can be very timid and shy. They are always so patient with her and do everything they can to make her feel comfortable.

Due to location I had to switch vets and my first experience here was excellent. Clean facility, friendly staff members and I really felt the Vet took her time with my Milo which is everything. Reasonable prices as well. Very happy.

Moved to Addison last year and picked city vet based on the reviews. I’ll tell ya, it’s all the truth! Very grateful fir all the staff and what they do. Kristina was so kind and took the time to answer my million questions lol helping guide me through the tooth extraction process for my kiddo that morning. She was knowledgeable and thoughtful and since she’s a cat mom too i knew Cosmo was in good hands. Thank you also to Dr. Meriwether for calling beforehand and clarifying things and updating me during Cosmo’s surgery. I’m so incredibly knowing my kids are in great hands! Thx for all y’all do! 😸😸😸😸
