Called this company because I thought I was speaking to Southwest Airlines. Listed in google as Southwest Airlines (UAS). Assumed company was associated with Southwest Airlines. The company is not associated with Southwest Airlines. Charged me for cancelling a flight. Southwest does not charge a cancellation fee as long as you use another flight on Southwest within a year of the original cancellation. This
company fails to identify itself when you call. Operators are foreign and hard to understand. Operators hang up on you if you question their policies. No complaint policy. Bottom line: this company does not know the policies of the airlines they support. If u have a problem they will give you a run around answer and not follow through to help u. Do not recommend them. Make sure you are speaking directly to the airline and not this travel agency.
