Purchased my new cabinet hardware from the Elliott’s in Plano. Exceptional service, selection and competitive prices!! It’s nice to actually see and feel the hardware. A five star experience start to finish!

Excellent customer service from Gary! I needed assistance with cabinet pulls for my kitchen and he gave me very good input. I picked out a pull and he pointed out how clothes, etc. would hang on it. Hadn’t thought about that and he was right! He showed me another and I loved it. I would not have been happy with my first selection. Product is always better at Elliott’s and so is customer service! Had the pleasure of being helped by Jim Madden this morning. Actually twice on this same visit. Had an oddball hardware need. Was not available so Jim searched for an alternative that worked. I was treated like an important customer. Oh, I almost forgot. My purchase was 49 cents. Customer service has not died after all!

I must say today was my luckiest day in a long time. I had a leaky outdoor faucet that I was trying to fix in many days with no luck. This morning I went to Elliott Hardware store in Plano and to my surprise I found two gentlemen ( Jim P and Steven) who went out of their way to help me. They helped me remove the busted screw from the shaft and also sold me the right washer that fixed the problem. I can not thank these two gentlemen enough for their tremendous help. God bless them!

Also, another day I went to this store and met someone name Alan who was so eager to help me. I guess all employees at this store are extraordinary when it comes to help the customer. Even people working at cash registers are so friendly and polite.

Now anytime I have any house repair issue this is the first place I am going to visit.

I had a hardware dilemma that I couldn't resolve at the big box stores. Those places don't have the parts or knowledgeable staff. I stopped in at Elliott's and was immediately asked if I wanted help. Jim M. was able to understand the complex solution I was trying to resolve and found the right nuts and bolts to get me moving in the right direction. Elliott's will be my first stop from now on.

I love the store because of the people. Every time I have gone there, someone took the time to talk to me and help me find what I needed. Last time I went, all I bought were some screws and fastners and the gentleman spent 10 mins with me making sure I got the right ones.

Friendly treatment for less than a $2 purchase. Way better than home depot and Lowes.

One of the reasons I moved to this part of Plano was to be closer to Elliot’s! All the random hardware for my project cars and motorcycles is always here!
Mr. Jim Madden is great, and always goes out of his way to help out, not to mention he has the best advice for growing a cool mustache!

Everyone knows when you need special or hard to find hardware go to Elliott’s. Even better the associates know where all that hardware is among all the bins. Jim helped me out when I went in and he knew exactly where what I needed was, so helpful. Thank you Jim!

Rescued by yet another low value part at this store that the bigger chains decline to carry. Together with more than adequate staffing, shopping experience here is very pleasant.

They have a diverse selection of coffee beans and a gleaming pro grade grinder.

The tiny cast iron skillets are very economical too.

Elliots is a great place to shop. They have many items that Lowe's and Home depot don't have. Bill Madden was great, very courteous and helped me with everything I needed.

10 stars if it were possible! Steven at the Plano location helped me today, and I knew from the beginning that it was going to be a good experience. I was looking for some very small, very specific, very hard to find metric screws, but I knew if anyone had them, they'd be at Elliotts. If you've never been to an Elloitts, it's like the hardware stores that your parents and grandparents told you about - where the staff absolutely positively knew what they were talking about, and they were anxious to help you, and they didn't make ya feel stupid caused ya asked a lot of questions - Steven was all that, and much more. In Eliotts, in the section where they have all the fasteners (screws, bolts, nuts, washers, etc., etc., etc.), it seems like there are probably millions of parts - and when ya open a drawer and realize that there are dividers within each drawer, it's then that ya realize that there are billions and billions of items in that section - and wonder how the heck am I gonna find the 6 pieces that I'm looking for? Steven made it easy! What a friendly guy! The only problem for me is that now when I go to other stores, where my question is usually greeted with a blank stare, or an excuse, Steven has set the bar so high that I don't think anyone will ever measure up. If everyone else in retail - heck, in the world - was only HALF AS GOOD as Steven at what they do, the world would be a better place. And BTW, when I checked out, the total was $2.98 - I would have been delighted to pay ten times as much. What a wonderful experience !!!!

I went to Elias hardware on Coit rd. I Was met by a Associate,Jim Madden who helped me with Find numerous things I needed to complete my job, He was helpful, courteous and knowledgeable.

I will NEVER go to a big box hardware store again. Elliott’s is amazing. Plentiful, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable people abound. I was in the store to find some hard to locate screws. I was greeted at the door and no fewer than 3 people asked me if they could help.

Once I got to the fasteners department, Richard searched and found my screw to fix my key fob… THEN HE ACTUALLY FIXED IT FOR ME!

Quality products, great selection, wonderful employees and attentive service. This place is my new go-to for everything in the hardware or fixtures universe. If you go, you’ll see what I mean.

I went to Elliot’s to find some specific brass screws for Baldwin door knobs and Jim M. Helped me find exactly what I needed. Highly recommend this store for all of your needs.

Great experience today! Jim Madden showed me exactly where to find what I asked for and helped me determine the best supplies needed to complete my project. Will definitely be back when ready for the next project.
