I have always had a great experience here. The pharmacists and pharmacy staff have gone above and beyond for me. I was going to the CVS that my parents use which is another great location but since this location is within walking distance for me I come here to get my prescription. My prescriptions are always ready on time.

In the 25 years I have been coming here for prescriptions and over the counter meds I have never had an issue. The Pharmacist and staff are always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They text me in a timely manner when my prescriptions are ready. That goes for new prescriptions and refill ones.

Excellent service!!! The closest store to me and it has improved tremendously. I'm pretty sure they have a new store manager and it shows. Soooooo much cleaner, the shelves are stocked and the service is 1000% better. Thank you, CVS. Keep this going!!

I go here all the time. CVS is doing a great job. The pharmacist have their hands full testing for Covid and many people are getting vaccinated at this location. If they are not answering the phones maybe it's is because they are busy or on the line with other people. I recommend you go directly to the store to pick up your medicine. Additionally, they are taking walk-ins. This location does a great job having my meds filled in timely manner.

I have always gotten my prescription filled at different CVS’ in the North Dallas area, but have never had such a great experience as this one!! Emily assisted me picking up my prescription in the drive-thru and she was extremely friendly and pleasant! I feel like most of the time when I go to pick anything up at the pharmacy person that is helping me is not happy to be there, but that wasn’t the case for her! Very happy to say I finally had a pleasant experience at CVS!

I had a very good experience with them. After surgery, my mom was kind enough to take my prescription in for me. It was filled quickly and everything.

Unfortunately, my mom dropped my drivers license. By the time we realized it was missing, it was too late to go do anything about it.

I felt better 2 days later and decided to head back up and just see if anyone had found it. The manager went out of her way to look in the lost and found and in the pharmacy.

I honestly was just expecting it to be gone and that I'd have to go through the trouble of getting a replacement. But nope it was there. They had been keeping it safe and sound.

I must have looked a bit silly with how happy I was about it. But I really was appreciative. No longer having to worry about my license falling into the hands of the wrong person.

I am just very happy that they took care of the card until I was well enough to come get it and that they saved me from having to go to the DMV!

On top of all this, I've never personally had a bad encounter here. The store is clean, and employees have always been kind and helpful to me.

Wow, I was kind of shocked reading the reviews of this pharmacy. When dealing with medication you have many people who are upset about the health issue they may be having at the time so they feel panicked and stressed. The staff here has to deal with that non-stop whilst never stopping filling prescriptions. I have never had a moment of bad service here because I take the time to understand and show patience with the workers. Sometimes it’s really not them it’s you. Take a deep breath and realize that god wants you to slow down and notice something in these moments.

This is a main hub for CVS. When other locations are out of a certain script, this location will most likely have it. The pharmacists have been nice when I’ve spoken with them. This place gets slammed any time the weather changes. They may have a ton of scripts to fill, it may take additional time, but they get it done and are nice about it.

People need to remember, when you’re rude to someone - how do you expect them to reply? The people behind the counters are trying to do their best with a ton of pressure on them at times. We gotta give a lil mercy sometimes.

I was very stressed after a long, hard, painful day & was worried about the cost of the meds I had to pick up. The pharmacist was very nice & professional. She was understanding to the phone calls I kept getting of people checking on me while she was helping me & she was just sweet.

I have always had a good experience with this CVS Pharmacy. There have been times when they were super busy but they still treated me with kindness and answered any questions.

I'm really very satisfied with all CVS branches, but this one is the best for my opinion the services are great and the pharmacy staff are very helpful,, thank you all CVS, And special thanks for Dr. Jennifer She is very helpful and welcoming, more than three times I'm been there and She helps me with same smiley face and same welcoming. My favorite CVS to shop before going to work. I can get in, get what I want and get on my way. Plus the ladies that work there in the mornings are always so pleasant and helpful, they make my whole day go that much better.

A friend of mine has a rabbit and it scratched its ear and he started bleeding pretty badly and she needed some Vaseline and Q tips and Kharina was amazing. She was super friendly and sarcastic which I love.... someone who openly exhibits that character so openly. She kept me laughing and it was pleasure to meet her. Ask for Kharina you will not be disappointed!!!

Pharmacy manager lady always comes and warns me when something might conflict with my dad's other prescriptions, she caught a few things the dr's didn't.

My last visit to the CVS at Park and Coit was a wonderful visit. Both attendants in the store went above and beyond to help me.

I was really sick with a skin infection, and this pharmacy was able to get me the prescription I needed when other locations couldn't. The pharmacist was kind and professional.
