JBSA-Randolph BX Pharmacy

Had called in a medicine for pickup. Quick turnaround time. In fact, I got the call to pick up my meds this morning, 7Dec2023, around 0800am, and proceeded to the BX Pharmacy. Got there around 0815am. There was no one in line, and it took less than five minutes to get my medicine and head back on my way to work. Fast and efficient service.

I come from Fort Carson. This is a pharmacy that should be used as an example for every installation. They are quick and friendly.

We’re an Army family, have been stationed at 6 different bases with lots of experiences with military and civilian pharmacies. This place is WONDERFUL! They are so friendly, kind and willing to help!! Customer service is great and they are efficient so you aren’t waiting forever. Previous reviews state issues that addressed if you call their number that is listed. I have zero complaints. Literally one of the best!

My granddad gets refills at the BX pharmacy. He gets out while I look for parking. For the past three times he got his meds in less than five minutes. This retired Chief (Echols) is totally satisfied with facility and the helpful, courteous and professional personnel. He wrote this.

JBSA Randolph  BX Satellite  Pharmacy is one of the many  pickup points for prescription REFILLS.   If designated, the JB Randolph Pharmacy at the Clinic handles PRESCRIPTIONS.  Randolph AFB is the nearest facility  to my house making it convenient to come here for lab work,  immunizations,  prescriptions and refills.  You telephone beforehand  and place your prescription order with appropriate pharmacy.     Upon arriving at the BX Pharmacy,  patient takes a number from vending machine dispenser,  wait for your number to be called,  & check in at one of the windows.   When your name or number is called,   your prescription(s) can be obtained from the  designated  window.    This morning arrived early.  Waited for Satellite Pharmacy  to open at 0800.   There was a line of approximately  15+.    It went relatively fast.  My refill  order  was filled immediately.

Line's be short since COVID. Claire thank you for your assistance with my prescription. I love the option of receiving Text when prescription is done. Great job to all of you.

GENERAL: Both Air Force & volunteer staff were pleasant & very helpful in filling prescriptions. NOTES: 1. Ask your MD to check Pharmacy Formulary to insure pharmacy carries the prescribed medicine or you can do it on the JBSA RANDOLPH web site before traveling to base. 2. This applies to any base pharmacy.
