Yesinia in the jewelry department was so classy and professional, she made my 75 yr old mothers shopping experience, fabulous. Eddie in the sunglasses section helped us cut off the tags of her new purse right after we had bought it (so polite and helped her get more comfortable). Tyrese of the janitorial crew helped us open closed doors on the way out of the BX. These people were amazing, memorable and I eternally appreciate them.

EVERYONE was extremely gracious and kind.

My travel partner had been stationed there 53 years ago and being able to drive around and visit was a truly wonderful experience.

Very seldom do we use the Main Exchange to shop & buy merchandise in any of their many departments within the major complex - Clothing, Cosmetics, electronics, small appliances, candies, etc. Primarily enter store to checkout new releases of Samsung products. Most of the time the only real savings buying in the Main Exchange is not having to pay a sales tax. Infrequently patronize other facilities/shops & sometimes the Food Court in the exterior areas of complex - Barber Shop, BX Satellite Pharmacy & Starbucks (for roasted coffee & croissants).

Great place to shop. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Great deals and even have vendors as you make your way into the BX.

Great BX, people are friendly and there's a great selection of whatever you want to buy.

Great place to shop for military and service connected veterans. Its on base so unless you have access, it's unavailable.

The BX is fastastic for finding brand name clothes at great prices. You have to spend a little time looking through items to find one that works, but the savings make it worth your time. I got 2 pairs of brand-name workout shoes, 6 T-shirts, and 5 other clothing items for under $100! I even bought some stuff to put away for when it gets cold, that only cost a few dollars each.

They really have everything here that you can think of!

My main problem is I just didn't have enough time to look and shop the way I want to. Lots of vendors and a food court. I didn't get to check out the sales. The cashier were very friendly even though I was in the wrong line.

Big, lots of variety, and they sell guns too. The little food court hosts Charley's, Subway, Mediterranean food, and a Starbucks. Lots of nice little side shops to include GNC and Bath & Body Works. Clean, well stocked, and nice staff. It had a decent selection of everything you could need for your household. Loved it.

Location is very clean, courteous customer service members, we went to purchase a computer and the young man was super helpful. We truly appreciated the fact that it didn't take long. We live a hour away and never have issues when shopping at this location

I went looking for a particular type of make up and they didn't have it. But the staff member gave me some samples of other products from the same make up company. I thought that was very sweet of her.

Staff were very helpful . I was visiting cousin from Tennessee .He brought me there so he could by me some house slippers and a new out fit of clothes for helping him and my aunt .and staff really were sweet and took their time you help me find the sizes and colors that I needed. And helped make sure the out fit fot me nice .I was there on. 12 / 2 /22 around 3 or 4 pm

I can always go in an get assistance if I need it. Staff from different areas have dropped what they were doing to take me to the area/item if i needed. The my biggest reason to shop there is not just the sale but It's more relaxed and and less crowded than other stores.
Down side of the store may be the stock and selection in some areas.

Great Exchange store. It’s on the small side but everything is well organized and clean! Love the variety of items inside and also their concessionaires, who bring unique, different products. Everybody is friendly. They’ve always got neat events you can attend; like book signings, meet and greets, holiday themed, cultural awareness. Their food court restaurant choices are scarce but they serve up decent food every time, and service there is usually pretty quick even if it’s busy. Their prices are decent and no sales tax on their products. (The concessions still charge sales tax) Great to get things like jewelry and electronics.

You have to check out the Vendors, especially the cool guy that sells the TENS units.

Being from a military family, it's always great to see how they've added the kiosks to being in a more diverse shopping experience. People are very friendly and helpful.

Good place to shop. Since it is tax free. Their prices are very competitive. They have a very good variety of clothes, household good. If your in the area and can get on base we’ll worth a stop by.

Very nice military exchange with a wide variety of products and excellent prices. Customer service is always friendly and helpful. Very clean and bright space with the merchandise spread across the store logically. Very easy to find what I am looking for.

They have some excellent vendors in the mall area with tasty food selections as well as amazing arts and crafts. My favorite place to shop in San Antonio.
