Great vet! I had went to another doctor twice trying to figure out why my poor dog kept coughing profusely. This doctor took the time to run the necessary steps and give him immediately relief! I really appreciate him, the staff and his expertise. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a good vet who is affordable and knowledgeable. Thank you!!

The whole staff always shines, but in particular I do come back for Dr Kapu and Liz.
Pet Vet’s wellness plan is like a dream come true, and pays for itself over and over again.
No matter who you see, your pet is loved like family, and so are you. I can’t imagine going anywhere else with my cats!

The place is located strategically well. All the workers are nice. The secretary welcomes you with a big smile and willing to give you the best attention.
Liz is more than caring also, comforting you in moments of distress and working fantastically.

Our fur baby is “Allegra”, we had visited the animal hospital twice and we had a great experience. Is our main and only choice when it comes to provide attention to our little bundle of joy.

We are immensely grateful with Dr Kapu. He’s patient, committed and very loving professional and human being. We took the most amazing picture when he was attending our dog and yes! You can tell he does an amazing job by looking how concentrated he was at the moment.

Highly recommend. Very friendly , attentive about your fur babies problems especially with me being a first time pet owner . Always get you in and out in a timely manner . Definitely love the new update , the fact that we can now set up appointments through our email without having to call to make an appt.

Pet Vet front office staff and vets are all great. Tiffany does a great job of grooming my difficult and very vocal dog.

This is the first vet I have used in Dallas but I have never think of using a different one, very satisfied with all the service they have provided to my dog, Dr Kapu is great and I can tell he genuinely cares and tries to take the best route in treating you pet. All the staff has been great as well

Doctor Lindsey was AMAZING!!! She was so helpful and so attentive. The vet tech was amazing as well, I wish I could have grabbed her name. I will be bringing my dog here from now on!

honestly , the staff are super sweet and extremely knowledgeable! I had a traumatic experience with my puppy Twix today, but believe it or not, they knew what was wrong as soon as they checked him… I almost couldn’t believe it… I dont think Twix could be in better hands! 💯

One of the vet techs speaks dog and is positively amazing with my dogs. It's obvious she has been a vet tech for a long time. She loves dogs and is really an asset to the vets she helps with her ability to calm the animals. My experiences with Pet Vet Animal Hospital have been very positive.

Dr. Kapu is great, attentive to our fur baby Brisket and listens to our questions and provides feedback, suggestions and overall care. His front and back office staff has been helpful especially when we have questions on costs or treatment questions. His groomers or the vet techs that does Brisket’s nail clipping have always been accommodating and careful, they are the only ones Brisket will let trim his nails! The office can be a bit crowded when its busy, so opt for non-busy times when dropping in for pick up of meds or nail trims.

I’m super happy to have gone here. One year old pup with bloody diarrhea. I’m a first time dog mom and an incredibly anxious one at that. The women at the front desk was so kind and the nurse that helped was also very sweet. Everyone was so understanding of my anxiety. The doctor was super straight forward and honest and was very clear about my baby’s treatment plan, best course of action and how to not waste money on tests that were unnecessary. I asked the same question like a million times and everyone was really patient with me and my anxiety over my child’s health. They were also very kind and patient with my lil boy who was whiny and definitely very annoying the whole time (I mean he wasn’t feeling well and he’s a baby but it’s nice that everyone was still really sweet to him). I’d definitely recommend this place / go back to see them because they did a great job making me feel comfortable.

PetVet was a most wonderful experience in every way. My dog was unable use her front paw and her leg was cold and it was very worrisome. They were able to fit me in on a Saturday prior to a holiday weekend. I was greeted warmly by Elizabeth at the front desk who was friendly and professional; to Ciara the vet tech who took detailed notes about my dogs condition; to Dr. Burnett, who examined my dog thoroughly and gently and recommended a course of treatment and medication.
This is not the kind of vet clinic who is going to take an opportunity to charge you for unnecessary bloodwork or unnecessary x-rays before they examine your pet.
Their demeanor was friendly and professional, and they all took care and time to explain to me how they were assessing my dog, and what their opinions were on her injury.
I *highly* recommend this vet practice for anyone in Farmers Branch or Addison or anywhere near the Spring Valley/Midway intersection. They are first class vet clinic.

Absolutely best Vet in Dallas Area the Vets are fabulous taking time to find problem if any and always handling immediately and superbly! Office and Tech are also magnificent

The nurses here are unbelievably sweet every time! My dog is dog aggressive and a little protective and they were so patient with her. The Doc was super helpful as well.

We have been going to Pet Vet animal hospital for 7 Years. Pet vet is very friendly and Dr. Kapu is very caring and knowledgeable. I feel always comfortable taking my dog with any questions but most importantly since I travel a lot and we need travel health certificates Pet vet Animal Hospital specially manager Liz/ Elizabeth always does her research with different countries requirements to prepare travel documents. It is very important when we are traveling overseas with our four-legged family member to have all of the papers prepared correctly so we don’t have any problems and delays going through Passport checkpoint/customs. Every time I have traveled overseas pet Vet Animal Hospital- Liiz ( Maneger) has prepared our documents.

I had a rather concerning experience with my dog's health when he came in with weight issues. I had initially taken him to another veterinary clinic, where he was diagnosed with a simple overeating problem. However, as his weight continued to be an issue, I decided to seek a second opinion and brought him to a different clinic. The new clinic's team, led by Dr. Kapu, was incredibly thorough and diligent. They decided to reevaluate my dog's condition, and after running a series of tests, they discovered a misdiagnosis from the previous clinic. It turned out that my dog was suffering from a thyroid disorder, which was causing his weight gain. I was deeply impressed by the team's dedication to getting to the root of the issue and their commitment to providing the best possible care for my dog. Thanks to their expertise, my dog received the correct diagnosis and appropriate treatment. Over time, he gradually returned to a healthier weight, and his overall well-being improved significantly.
