I have used this facility since 2002 or 3. Got to know the Owner - Sundeep. Wonderful friendly person and he continues to train his people to be the same! Quick, pleasant, knowledgeable, and nice. What a great business. That is not something I say lightly... If you have a mailing or shipping need, this is where you need to go!

BEST customer service at any UPS I've ever been to. The guy there was very professional and kind. Made our purchase and shipping easy and worth every dollar spent. HIGHLY recommend this location.

I use this location often and always receive surprisingly excellent service. A well run store - and super friendly.

This store is the absolute best! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I’ve been blessed to get to know them all over the years. Anything you need, they will get you taken care of!

I didn't know it was possible to have a favorite UPS location but this is certainly mine! Sundeep and his staff are wonderful, friendly and efficient.

I’ve used several other locations lately due to locality but no more. The service at this store FAR exceeds the others and is worth the few extra minutes.

On My Trip I needed to get some docs printed the staff was a BIG BIG help!! Back Home this week!

My valuables were in such good hands at this UPS store. My parents and I descended on this staff with a whole bunch of breakables to be packed and shipped to my apartment out of state and Spencer was the picture of patience. Everything arrived to my apartment expertly packed and each and every item, including a set of bone china, 2 large porcelain planters, and a dome covered anniversary clock, arrived in perfect condition. I am so grateful to everyone at this store who helped pack my items. And for heaven's sake, give Spencer a RAISE. He EARNED it. Thank y'all so much.

Where do I start?...... by far the best customer service I’ve ever got at a UPS Store. I will always come here for all of my shipping and business needs. Alex went above and beyond to help me package my rug to ship safety and protected. While in the store I heard all of the staff including the owner addressing guest by name and being very personable. I would recommend to family and friends.

I am taking the time to write this review because a store that provides such excellent service deserves the kudos. Following my mother's death, I took a standing clock to be shipped to me in Seattle, WA. The clock had small glass shelves, a pendulum and other small pieces on and in it. Mr. Patel and his staff clearly took the utmost care in taking off some of the parts which was necessary in order to properly pack every inch of it for delivery. It arrived in a timely manner and was in perfect condition. Given its sentimental value, I was concerned about leaving the clock in their hands. I was beyond pleased. I am so very grateful. Terrific people, terrific work. Kudos!

I run a fine art dealership and deal with shipping services across the United States. My interactions with Sundeep, Spencer, and the whole team at the this store rank among the very best I’ve yet encountered. I handed them a very challenging problem to package and ship two large, expensive paintings and they came through with flying colors. They saved me tremendous anxiety and took a number of complications in stride. Local customers are extremely fortunate to have an honest, competent, and caring shipping service in their neighborhood. I wish I could use them for all of my shipping needs! Thanks guys!!

This is the best UPS store I have ever been. Sundeep and his staff are always very helpful and courteous. I have brought them some shipping challenges and they have always had a great solution. I have been going to this UPS for several years and would never go to any other UPS store.

I have been a customer at this store for years and they are WONDERFUL. Staff is great and owner is a hard worker. Walked in and was expecting an overwhelming amount of options and having to navigate my way through various stations like I experienced at a FedEx location recently. I was taken aback by how clean and simple this UPS store is, and the employee was proactively helpful in getting me what exactly need. Definitely recommend!

BRIAN IS AMAZING AND A BLESSING!!!!! ITS like 90° today and i have my 11 month old baby with me and two boxes i needed to bring in. I called the store and he picked up the phone. I explained the situation and he was more than helpful! He even let me stay in the car and brought me the receipt so the baby didn't have to get out! As a mom that was super great for me! My UPS hero, Brian!!!!!!

This is not the closest UPS store to me, but I prefer to go here. The staff is very friendly. It is quick. I usually only visit to return things to Amazon and they always make it very easy.

I use this store occasionally when i need documents notarized. Every time I go they give great, courteous service. There's actually another UPS store closer to my house but I prefer this one for the great service.
