Tom Thumb

This store was very organized especially in their produce area. We originally came here for a flower arrangement. The manager at the flower department was very helpful and kind. We loved all of their arrangements that were in display. So many options to chose from. But this occasion she was able to make us a special arrangement, considering it was for my mother-in-laws tombstone. Thank you again on helping us. We will certainly be returning.

Nice store that is clean and well organized. Their produce section is good and all departments are well stocked. There's a Starbucks inside if you're looking for a coffee. Employees seem nice.

Tom Thumb is always neat and clean. Today we have Santa about to fall into the fire. I just don’t get it why people are putting out Christmas stuff before Halloween. And it’s been out for at least a month.

I highly recommend their floral department. Their flowers are beautiful and fresh. I have ordered from them multiple times for special occasions and they have done an incredible job. Cynthia and Katherine are amazing! They are very talented!!!

Very clean, awesome service, exceptional staff. Lots of hard to find products and special foods here. Tends to be expensive, but well made or very fresh.

Quest Lab is super convenient! Love being able to make an appointment and pop in and out, in the neighborhood.

This is one of my favorite grocery stores when I need something fresh and close by. Always have great deals if you keep up with the Weekly Ads, not to mention their amazing rewards program that lets you accumulate freebies! The employees are all so friendly and welcoming here. I love it!

I really like coming to this location because everything is always so fresh and clean. Definitely recommend if you're looking for something healthy as well because they also offer lots of options on that front too. Plus as an added perk they also have a Starbucks for a quick coffee pit stop!

These cakes were so good !first time stopping by for cakes they were delicious and fresh . Ea.were less than $30dlls they so cute tooooo.

I needed to get a less expensive price on my prescriptions. They had the best Good Rx prices. The pharmacy staff was extremely helpful in transferring all my prescriptions. Highly recommend!!

Amazing and beautiful people here along with terrific product/service. The staff here are always so friendly and helpful. Their butchers are super helpful and knowledgeable can always make good recommendations if they're out of something. It may be a bit pricey but the quality is what you're paying for and I've never felt as if they were unfairly priced. If anything I save some and get to eat healthier.

****The Starbucks here has an amazing woman (wish I could remember her name) that is so cheerful and knowledgeable. This is a special Starbucks that has someone that LOVES what they do and it shows. U She told me a bunch of different recipes of what to ask for in case their out of something and is someone that you don't have to hesitate to ask EXACTLY what you want no matter how asinine because she loves helping people. They need to give her a raise!!

This location has a ton of things in the bakery section. I want to say it has more than any other Tom thumb that I've been to. The staff here are super friendly and very nice all the times that I've had to ask them questions. I love going to Tom thumb and that's my main grocery store but this location is a little bit weird. I will definitely be back due to their huge selection.

Tom Thumb Fan here so I am a little bias! They store is general clean and has what I need. Hilary is always kind and goes out of her way to make you feel welcome. Price is on par with service!

Good sales on produce and great clearance items. The manager was knowledgeable and was able to tell the cashier how to ring up clearance items.

Food is really good and always very clean

I visited this store for the first time.. I had called several Tom Thumb stores inquiring if the deli was preparing fish on today..Each store was not or didn’t have a cook. The Marsh and Spring Valley store not only had a cook, but told me to call 10 minutes ahead to insure that it was nice and hot. Alicia in the deli was so welcoming..
The fish was such a big deal because my senior friend who is in the early stages of Altzheimer’s Disease was having a birthday luncheon and wanted to invite 3 of her friends.
I arrived at the store. I immediately saw Alicia who insisted on preparing hot fish. She and the rest of the staff were so accommodating.
Thank you ladies for preparing such a good meal for my friend . You were so kind!!

I am happy to pay a little more and not have to deal with WalMart! This store is always clean and always has buggies inside. The staff is always friendly and helpful (I say that because I have had to ask someone to go in the cooler and get me two gallons of Milo's Famous Sweet Tea. Which is where my one and only complaint comes from. I love sweet tea and in particular Milo's Sweet Tea (it's an Alabama thing) and while Tom Thumb usually has it there have been a few times (roughly 6-8 over the past 12 months) where none is on the shelf but I can see the boxes of them sitting in back. So I track down an employee and kindly ask them to grab a couple for me and of course they do and always with a great attitude.

I love shopping at this store. It's always clean, always organized and the staff are really friendly. It's usually not crowded and I can walk in and out to buy my groceries within about 20 minutes, usually.

An associate assisted me with buying laundry detergent and softener. I haven't washed clothes at a laundromat in 40+ years and had no clue as to what to buy; I couldn't understand the labeling. She was so helpful. And we had a small language barrier that we easily overcame. She was remarkable. We laughed and she picked out what I needed. She wished me "Good luck". We both laughed.

Love visiting this grocery store whenever I come into town. It’s always, always SO clean, organized, and tidy. And OCD’s / ADD’s dream. Also LOVE that there is a Starbucks within.
