The Gio Apartments

Always a great experience working with the Gio team. Whenever a maintenance issue arises, the team is there speedy quick (often within hours of the request!). Seewan paid us a visit most recently— they are a joy to work with and get the issues settled quickly and efficiently. The buildings aren’t new by any means but they upkeep the newly renovated units very well. We appreciate them!

Seewan helped us by fixing the shower control working right. We were not getting hot water properly. He took extra care to get help from his co-workers when he saw a risk involved in opening the internal pipe and then did his job very well. He completely changed the shower water control with start and stop working differently than before. He also took extra care to explain us the functioning. He is also very friendly and professional.

Seewan is very good in handling issues of the apartment and he is very quick in solving the issues.

Personally he is very interactive and well behaved.

He resolves the aprtment problems even without opening a ticket.

I appreciate his friendly service.

And I feel he is the best in The Gio Apartment team.

Mr. Seewan is doing an awesome job in resolving maintenance requests in a very professional way. They carefully listen to the maintenence issue being reported to get a good understanding and after proper analysis make sure the issue is fixed permanently the first time with the best solution possible.Even he did a followup and closed it only after I confirmed that I am good with the maintenance performed and considered the issue as resolved.
Thanks to Mr. Seewan for his great efforts to resolve the issue. Really appreciate.

I had a very positive experience with The Gio Maintenance staff . All my service requests were handled efficiently by Seewan . He ensured timely closure and even took out time to follow up next day to ensure everything is fine .

As a resident I feel good with such positive and caring attitude of the maintenance staff.

My recent experience with the maintenance person, Mr. Seevan at The Gio has been satisfying.He understood the problem and fixed it, waited and made sure it was completely resolved.

Location : walkable, safe, quiet.

Office staff : Pleasant, Polite, courteous and overworked

The property : Clean but needs to redo landscaping. Has most of the amenities. Has small, medium sized and spacious apartments. The gate is not secured most of the time, lots of parking space for you and your guests, facilities sometimes are out of order, courtesy patrol in the evening to ensure vandals keep away.

Apartments : Clean and sturdy. The air conditioning units for most apartments are outdated and can’t keep up with the heat waves.

Maintenance staff : Hardworking, polite, understaffed and overworked

Neighbors: sometimes you get terrible neighbors just like everywhere else. Most mind their own business and leave you alone.

Personal Experience : Sophia helped ensure a smooth move-in process for me and was very patient while listening to my incessant questions. She thoroughly explained all the fine points of the lease agreement and even helped me avoid non-compliance. My experience working with Sophia has been very pleasant.

The property manager is reasonable and does listen to grievances.

We just moved in 2 month ago. We appreciate it. The service that the man is guy offered us. Then Mike, it wasn't a great guy. Thank you so much.

Seewan came here today for services and he actually fixed everything for us! They came here for fixings twice and still nothing was fixed.
He changed the broken microwave, he fixed the oven and also fixed the hot water for the tubs!
He also wore a shoes covering which was nice of him! Thanks

I have resided here since Sept of last year . They have been nothing but patient with my needs . I have been demanding in some cases . A leak took a month but was finally resolved . They replaced my appliances and replaced my screen door . There were alot of things needing to be repaired before I moved in in my eyes but everything I have asked for they have taken care of me .

Today met this guy 'Seewan' from The Gio apartments. He successfully done all the service requests single handedly and solved the dishwasher problem, replaced AC filter, fixed water leakage etc. Really would like to appreciate this man for the wonderful work! People like him makes the Gio apartments a nice place to live! Thank you Seewan 🙏

My experience in Gio Apartment has been surprising, it is a very quiet and safe place to live, where children play freely and without worries, it is also an amazing, clean place with everything you need to develop a full, comfortable and peaceful life. It has several swimming pools to choose from, a gym, a club, a games and meeting room, etc. And if we talk about the staff, I can say with total certainty that they have a high level of dedication to their work, are professional and are always willing to kindly help you at any time and situation. Run by a very friendly and dedicated manager, Mrs. Latasha and although it is unfair to mention names because they all are names, I must especially thank one of them, Miss Sophia who does even more than her job to help you at all times to find and solve whatever you need, for that and more I leave here my 5 stars

Michael was great ! He was very helpful and friendly he made sure that everything went smoothly for me with explaining the process. And the other staff members were also helpful and helpful. The only downside I would have to say the upstairs neighbors and the 24hr site patrol or not very helpful, like I understand they gave kids but I like peace because I work from home and I have to get up at 5am to clock in and the noise is all day! None stop ! But overall my move in process was great 😊

The maintenance Guy "Seewan" is what I call "johnny on the spot" anytime theres an issues in my apartment, he's here immediately. I'm forever grateful for his assistance and his quick response.
