I went in on 03/23/24 to try and ship some things I had packed away in a storage to my new state of residence. I had been going all over trying to ship these things and was given such a hard time about the shipping costs, the containers and a ton of extra things. When I came in and explained to Brandy what I needed and what I was trying to do she made the process absolutely seamless! She was so helpful and patient. I had to send my daughter for a lock for the tote that we were sending, and they closed at 4 and it was already 340. She assured me that she would take care of me, and she did just that! I am so pleased with the amount of care and concern she took with not only me but with the other customers that she waited on while I was there waiting. For the BEST experience and customer care, I would highly recommend this UPS Store hands down! Great job Brandy and I hope that your boss sees this. You are truly a jewel! Forever grateful!

Sophia Michelle was the sweet lady helping me today! Before me though, I witnessed her helping an extremely rude and aggravated customer. She handled the situation calmly and with poise. My interaction with Sophia was quick and efficient! She was very nice!

I had a very large Amazon order to return that took multiple scans and packaging. Brandy (or Brandi?) was very helpful, nice and most importantly patient. I hate being an inconvenience to others but she didn’t make me feel bad for the obnoxious process at all. I’ve been to this location multiple times and have never had an issue or received an attitude. Officially my go to UPS store.

Michelle is awesome!! I brought in a bunch of Amazon returns near closing time and encountered a wonderful experience. Michelle expeditiously processed everything with courtesy, efficiency and a great smile. She could teach a class on excellent customer service. Again, a great experience!

this review is long overdue! I was running late on finishing errands and walked into the store right before closing. Working in the service industry, I know personally how irritating that can be so I was expecting a little bit of displeasure from the staff. My assumptions were entirely inaccurate, Angela and Brandy were not only helpful but extremely polite. I was trying to return some amazon packages and turns out amazon changed some policy where I had to pack the item. I was frustrated but Angela & Brandy took the time to not only find a box for me but also packed the items. Truely grateful for their exemplary customer service. Thank you again ladies!

7/5 Star Customer Service! Very kind and helpful. Brandy, Paul and Ashley helped answer all my questions and took their time to help me repackage my shipment by their own initiative! I feel blessed. Will definitely be returning to the same UPS location in the future.

Brandy was awesome very helpful and knowledgeable. Omg bless her heart she was working by herself and the line was long. I thought I would b here for ever lol but she was fast. She knew most of her customers by name they were all happy to talk to her. I really appreciate her. Thanks again Ms. Brandy for being patient and understanding.

I had an Amazon return and had to ship something overnight. Brandy was extremely helpful! Not only did she catch that I had the wrong zip code, but I didn't have all the information she needed and she was very patient with me while I made a couple of texts. While waiting on answers I saw her wait on 2-3 people. She was just as helpful to them as she was to me. You can tell she loves her job; UPS needs more like Brandy!

Excellent service!!

When I arrived (a Saturday afternoon right after the holidays), it was packed. The line was out the door, and I thought it was going to be forever. When it was my turn, I was greeted with a smile, and I got out in less than 10 minutes!

Boxes were piled everywhere, and I over heard that they had lost internet and had to redo half their work. Even with tech challenges and a huge line, the workers were professional, efficient, and friendly. I'll be back for sure!!

This UPS location has the best staff. Brandy was so helpful, personable, and accommodating. I had the best experience and easiest time returning my items from Amazon and shein, and the location is close to home. I will definitely be using this location as my preferred shop. :)

This was the best experience I've had at a UPS store in a very long time. I traveled to Plano Texas and had to send a package. The woman who helped me, Brandy, was so polite and courteous. I was having a very bad day, and by the time I left she had me smiling and laughing. She made the process of shipping my package a pleasant and happy moment. I wanted to let this company know that she went above and beyond and I hope she gets recognized for this.

My husband comes to the UPS regularly and absolutely loves the service. Specifically, from Brandy and Paul! They're so friendly and work quickly given their workload. Definitely recommend this UPS location. :)

Staff Brandy is awesome! She is very helpful, organized and friendly. When facing a full store of customers, she handles everything quickly.

I had a fantastic experience at this location. Angela went above and beyond to assist me in printing my shipping label when I didn't have it ready. She efficiently guided me through the process on their computers, making it clear and easy to understand. Despite helping three other people simultaneously, Angela remained friendly and efficient. The original packaging was inadequate for the return.
I was overwhelmed and in a hurry - you know, 5 days before Christmas! Brandi was very helpful and saved me an additional trip by going out of her way and being creative!!

I had an important document to mail off the other day and had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Angela. She was knowledgeable about what options I had for mailing my document and had hands down the best customer service I have ever received. She did not seem to mind all my questions and took her time to explain each of my options to me in detail to ensure I was getting everything I needed. 5 stars! I will brave the hectic mailing season to send off my holiday packages in person just to be helped by Angela again!
