Jada Legacy Central Apartments

Very clean and new apartment complex. Easy to get around and parking is available on same floor as your apartment making getting in and out of your place much more accessible. The staff is courteous, helpful, and always someone is present. The amenities are clean and nice. The elevators, doors, and all electronic codes work well. Never is it frustrating to access your complex. I hate apartment living for all the nuisances of things that are inconvenient especially when they don't work. Everything in my apartment is fresh and new and the space is completely functional. So far this place has been spectacular.

MY move in was outstanding. The office team was on top of the game from Day 1. No hesitation on helping me do anything. They are understanding and very helpful. No bad review at all . The area, the amenities are WONDERFUL & I will highly recommend living here . It was an overall GREAT EXPERIENCE. I LOVE IT HERE

Love this place the leasing manager was so nice her name was Ashley. The vibes were wonderful. Had to get an idea on apts before I move she was super helpful.

I Love Jada Legacy Central Apartments. Come by The office & Apply Today. It’s Very Relaxing, Comfortable & A Reliable Place to Live. The Office and Staff is Amazing. Both Jennifer’s, Office Managers, & Whole Staff are So So kind and Considerate. Everything is A Definite Response in a Timely Manner.

Move In experience was Great and Fast. Apartment was perfect, all the appliances looks new, all the amenities are great. Would definitely recommend Jada Legacy Central to friends and family.

Because l it was everything the environment the warm warmness felt like home, and I love Ashley she was so nice and kind and polite and professional. I would love to move there.

The guide was very helpful and showed me everything I needed to see. She was very energetic. At the end I heard welcome home as I was leaving the building.

Toured yesterday with my client and Vera was so helpful during the tour and amazing during the entire process. She made sure we got the full experience and showed us the ins and out of the property. Chelsea was also very helpful and made sure we had all are questions answered and taken care of. I raved about the property to my client and decided to tour! She was impressed after touring with me and decided I was correct about Jada Legacy West and is putting in her application for her next home! I can not recommend them enough! Hope to continue to work together in the future!

My fiance and I have lived at Jada for over 2 years. We have enjoyed staying here. Management and maintenance are friendly and timely in their response. We recently moved units/floors Jennifer and Chelsea have been more than accommodating in our needs and concerns. They have made sure our moving of apartments has been stress free and easy. They know us by name and even our pet by name. They are always communicating and answering our questions.

I recently relocated to Texas from Washington State. My sister sent me the details for the Jada Legacy Central and I was SOLD!!!! I scheduled a walkthrough with leasing consultant Jennifer Stoltz and my mind was made up!!! Jada Legacy is a calm and welcoming environment. Staff was nice and Jennifer’s customer service was off the charts. I love and appreciate all the amenities, cleanliness, and surrounding stores, schools and accommodations. Not to mention the beautiful, spacious, luxury apartment!!! I can only pray there is availability when it’s time for me to move in. I’d DEFINITELY recommend the Jada Legacy Central luxury apartments!!

I am glad to have applied to this apartment complex. Jennifer was super kind and answered all my questions. She helped explain to me how the application process works because I was new to renting an apartment. Jennifer made us feel confident about wanting to move here. She was super knowledgeable and professional every step of the way throughout the process from day 1 until approval. I am happy to have received such amazing service, respect, and kindness.

I have been living in these apartments for almost 6 months now. They have nice amenities, the gym is well equipped, there are enough parking spaces. It’s very quiet and peaceful. The leasing office staff is very friendly, Jennifer and Caleb are always helpful and caring. Also, the maintenance crew is very responsive.

Because I was very pleased with the professional staff and their kindness. They had all the answers I needed. They made me feel at home already I'm really looking forward to being a neighbor at Jada very soon. I feel like I have to look no farther praying they have a apartment for me in September 2023 they are the best. Keep up the great work guys.

Jennifer and Caleb have been excellent to me through this experience of leasing a home with Jada Legacy central. They went through the extra effort to send me a video of the unit since I couldn’t tour in person and I was able to find that my unit was perfect for me and lease right then and there! Jennifer did a great job showing me the amenities and around the complex. She was very chill and even as nit-picky as me when we comes to finding a place to stay. Will be staying here as long as I can, fingers crossed my mind doesn’t change.

I’m here to tell you Ms. Sparkle is the absolute best. She is very good being a leasing agent and makes it look so easy. Seeing that she has awesome intentions within the company makes me feel like hurrying up my moving process. I cannot wait to move here in the coming future. You can surely trust Ms. Sparkles instincts!

I actually haven’t moved in yet.. but my experience with Jennifer was the BEST She was very helpful and gave me all the information I needed to start my process. My daughter and I went in for a tour and it was amazing Jennifer was nice and friendly and really making us feel welcomed. Jennifer YOU ROCK!!!

This is my third residency, and out of all 3 Jennifer and her team have made this transition the easiest I have ever experienced. They are super diligent in getting things into place and extremely helpful. It is very noticeable that the management team take pride in their position. Apartment was spotless and smelled freshly cleaned.

I think Jada Legacy Central is very beautiful and wonderful.
From room tours to contract processing, Jennifer.S provided meticulous support and was very kind and courteous.
I was unfamiliar with it and there were many things I didn't understand, so I was worried, but they answered all my questions and it was perfect.
The staff are friendly and always treat gentlemen.
If I have a problem, I will try to contact them first.
