I have used Bisch for 3 of my immediate families funeral services. I have never once been disappointed. They stay in constant contact with you before and after the service. They will be as hands on or hands off as desired. I have worked with both Jim and Phillip, and have communicated with several others who work there, all have been respectful and professional. I never had to worry about my love one not being respected or treated with dignity. Thank you all for everything.

Amber was able to put us at ease, she is very knowledgeable and very informative. She answered all of our questions. Provided us with financial options and never was pushy as to making a decision. She actually left the room for us to be able to discuss what we would like to do, then returned, and was able to answer our questions. We knew this was some thing that we needed to do to take the burden off of our children and off of each other when the time came. We felt very comfortable the whole time and would highly recommend Bisch Funeral services.

Completely there for us but non-invasive. Did not rush us and let us do our own service. He has been there for us through both deaths of my parents and he truly is a caring and professional individual. The entire staff was outstanding

I purchased a pre-funeral package about 3 years ago. I now decided I needed to purchase a Transportation and Relocation Protection Plan in addition to that. Amber Hill helped me with that. I was very pleased with her professionalism and knowledge that she showed as she explained everything so clearly. She also went over my overall plan so I had everything I needed.
