Shawn Miller: Allstate Insurance

I have been dealing with Allstate for many years and have had claims and from my experience they were very professional and responded in a timely manner to my need. I am very happy with Mr. Miller and he is always a pleasure to talk to and with his prior 20 years military experience I feel like I am in good hands. I would highly recommend this agency to help with your needs.

My experience with Shawn Miller has been great. He is always available to answer questions. I have had to add and remove different vehicles. This has been easy. He was able to bundle our house and vehicle insurance to save us money.

We ended up getting rid of Hastings mutual which never paid off on any of its Promises you can have $500000 to cover you and they will offer you nothing we We went with all state because all state we have always found to be an honest company unlike Hastings mutual buyer beware

put my concern to rest thus aiding me in getting the insurance that best suits my needs. I really appreciated His assistance.He's certainly an asset to Allstate !

Easy to understand about policy and good price.

I am very disappointed because I am not getting rental reimbursement which I added to my auto insurance before incident happened. when I got loner card I called agent and informed and he said it should be covered everything according to my policy.

This is the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with - they are rude, and not at all friendly. It is difficult to even get through to talk with someone and ask a question which they do not answer - they have a pay me and shut up attitude - Not sure if it is the company or just this agent -- but I really feel like it is this particular agent - so if you like Allstate insurance find a nice, friendly, helpful agent - and THIS IS NOT A NICE, FRIENDLY OR HELPFUL AGENT - THIS IS A PAY ME AND SHUT UP AGENT!
