Called Norman mechanical when basement started to backup with water. Their response time was impressive. The plumber was able to find the problem , acquire the part needed and fix the problem within a short period of time. He cleaned up the area and left everything in great shape. I would use them for all of my plumbing needs. The cost was more than fair for the job and the man, Rob, was polite and knowledgeable.

I had called Norman Mechanical for a emergency. I had water spraying all over my basement. John walked me through how to shut my water off and then got someone out right away to fix the broken pipe. I would recommend Norman Mechanical to all of my family and friends.

I had Norman Mechanical out for a frozen pipe incident. I called an emergency plumber hotline that connected me with Norman Mechanical. I had no prior experiences with them. Tommy was there first thing the next morning and quickly identified the issue and proceeded with the repairs. They were professional and very knowledgeable and did good work. I will call them directly when I need plumber work in the future.

Norman mechanical came over after we had requested a camera to inspect a floor drain. The plumber showed up without the camera and looked around. We were told nothing can be done at the moment but he will come back with the camera later in the day or the next day. He had me sign next to my credit card info which I thought was fine at the time because they required credit card information before booking an appointment. The slip did not have any charge on it and we were told that he couldn’t do anything this trip so there would be no charge. I figured they needed the signature before they would come back with the camera. A few days go by and we called them to see when they were coming out with the camera and we were told in a few days. We ended up calling several times over a few weeks with the same answer. Eventually I received an invoice from them charging me $237. They charged my credit card when I asked for a camera inspection of the floor drain and they came to the service call without one. Since they never came back I ended up needing to call another plumber who did come with a camera and was upfront about the price. After multiple attempts to speak with the service manager about the bill, we were finally told that they would not provide a refund.

Gary Davidson at this company is the rudest individual I have ever dealt with in 20 years as a professional in the building industry. He called our office asking a question about a project the day bids were due and became hostile and belligerent when we could not immediately supply answers to his questions. Perhaps he should not have waited until bids were due to ask a question if the answers were so important. Due to his hostility and aggression towards several members of our staff, our company will be advising clients and general contractors not to do business with this company until this individual is terminated.

BEWARE Trash Place with poor Management. They severely overcharged us and insulted us cause we're women and of COLOR. John said he would no charge because he couldn't open my drain. Sent us an $900 bill and DIDNT FIX THE PROBLEM

Do not book with this company ! They are unprofessional and claim to do a job correctly just to run off with your money. They came out to clean three drains and when it rained i was having the same problem from when it rained. I contacted them multiple times and they wouldn’t return my calls!
