Aaron R. Rucker, DMD - Inactive

We are often quick to leave a bad review, but rarely a good one, especially at a dentist of all places. I got a call at work from my scared wife about a potentially big issue over one tooth. Dr. Rucker did something I never expected. I can’t say what but to say the least, it left us in tears. The entire team was understanding of our concerns, courteous, kind, compassionate. They took the time to try all options and explain each one in detail. And advised what the best option was Not the one that made them the most, but what we needed to do. This is just one of many amazing experiences we have had here. They always treat my children great and manage to get them comfortable and they actually enjoy it. Even after some procedures that would scar most kids for life. I cannot recommend this amazing group of people enough! Thank you for actually doing what you advertise. Oh and they usually have cookies... do you need another reason? Go see the wonderful people at the Dental Group of Springfield.
