I purchased a vehicle at the end of December. I stated an issue with the vehicle while test driving and Russ said if I purchased the vehicle and theres any problem he would take care of it. I purchased the vehicle and Russ took care of me and the issue I had with the vehicle. I had a great experience with them and they gave me a great price on my trade in.

Russ at Smoky Jennings was like a breath of fresh air. He is easy to deal with and he doesn't make you feel like you are getting robbed. He gave me top dollar for my trade-in and made me a good deal on what I wanted. I bought a Dodge truck from him, I'm glad I did and I will be a repeat customer.

Purchased a full detail for my fiancé as a Christmas gift. He received a loaner car for the day, which was so convenient and helpful for the work week! When he got his car home, it looked brand new! Considering the lingering pine needles from our Christmas trees (lol), they must have put in some work to clean it so well. I’d definitely recommend!

Unfortunately we didn't find the vehicle we were looking for but we will be back again next time. The only down side is that they have a smaller inventory at their Springfield store. I wish all dealers treated you this way. Your wish is their command.
