We purchased our home through Heather, she was awesome, answering all our questions and helping us find the perfect place. The maintenance guys were great too. They checked out a couple of things for us and were very quick to respond and explain what they did. Love it here, quiet and lots of nice people.

If you’re looking for a mobile home in a friendly, quiet and clean neighborhood, Lake Forest is the place! I personally don’t live there but have known Paula and Heather for years. Together they must have over 30+ years of experience with this community. Paula is an excellent property manager and has built Lake Forest to what it is today. Heather displays great sales practices and makes your experience personal. Hands down Lake Forest is the best mobile home community in Sioux City. Great place to raise a family and very affordable.

I chose to give Lake Forest 5 stars because of the personability of Heather Clark! She sold me my home almost 3 years ago when I never thought I would be able to even own a home. I paid cash so it was an easy process. There are some rules for the community of course, however it makes Lake Forest a great, peaceful place to live. I enjoy the freedom of upgrading my space, being surrounded with nature, having access to a gym, and peace of mind with
security cameras. The staff have always been pleasant towards me and my family which is always a plus.

After living here for nine years, I am quite pleased with the management and my neighbors. I am lucky enough to have excellent neighbors, who all get along quite well. As long as owners/renters follow the rules and maintains their yards, It is a pleasant place to live for everyone.

Community Pancake Breakfast is one of the latest perks of living here. My family loves coming every month to these events. Great way to mingle with neighbors. Great job Paula, Heather, Nissa and staff!

We have had a really great experience living here at Lake Forest. We don’t have good enough credit to buy another house but we needed to get out of our neighborhood and Lake Forest has financing available. Our mobile home is so much bigger than our old house and I love the layout especially having a dining room

If you’re in the market for a mobile home, Heather is your person! She makes it a priority to help you find the perfect home and you can tell she enjoys it as well. The park offers a great place to raise a family and the price is very affordable.

My Wife and I have lived here for 5 years and we couldn't be happier. This is a fantastic place to live and have a family. Swimming pool, a gym, pancake breakfast, the list of perks goes on and on. The front office staff is always there to help. I wish there was a 6 star review!

Use to live here and by far is the best mobile home community around. Nothing but respect for Paula and Heather and how they run the community. Would recommend this place to those that are looking to live in a mobile home.

I lived in the community for about 6 months now and it’s been an awesome experience. After living in town to coming and living here it’s been amazing so much quieter and peaceful. Would definitely recommend the community a place to call home!

Paula the propery mamager does a great of keeping Lake Forest clean and safe to live in. Heather really know her homes and information about them. Overall geeat experience

I had a few cracks in my skirting. I talked to Paula about it. She had the maintenance crew replace the cracked skirting. I take pride in how my home looks. I truly appreciated the time and effort they took in replacing it.
