Working with Andrew was such a delight. HOM Furniture was the only place I could find an orange couch the wasn't from some online only furniture brand. I was happy to find exactly what I was looking in shape, size, and color. Their selection is unmatched!

Keith Radig offered very good customer service to me the 2 times I met with him at Hom Furniture and was very personable and helpful.
I did stop last Monday 2/26 and the sales people/staff did not offer any assistance at all during my 30 minutes in the store. Of course, they were on their phones as they walked by me. A little displeased, I questioned if I should return but made sure Mr Radig was going to be there today when I decided to follow thru on my purchase.
In the service industry most of my 55 years in the work force, I question if the management actually trains their staff these days. I stopped at both Ashley’s and Slumberland that day as well. Their customer service was about the same. Maybe I expect too much. Blessings upon your business.

My wife and I moved to Sioux City 29 years ago, and we have always bought our furnishings from home because of the quality and the price. Excellent service! Steve Salem has been an excellent salesman, and managed to pull off a Christmas miracle for me this year!

Kyle has been awesome to work with. Very approachable. wasn't trying to oversell me. very helpful and extremely polite and friendly. Our chest was delivered to us with a crack at the bottom and Kyle quickly took care of everything and set up exchange delivery with no hassle.

Loved working with Keith. He was very patient with our request and was very knowledge about the furniture we were looking for to meet our needs. I also appreciate that he was not pushy and gave us the time and space we needed to make a decision.

The furniture looks great and is very sturdy, the swivel chair is ultra comfortable and all pieces have made my reading room complete :)

I have been looking for several weeks and several stores for new end tables for my living room. Our other furniture is teakwood are which is very hard to find at this time. The home store in Sioux City had one and shipped three others for me to select the ones I wanted because they are a rough sawn natural part of a tree there’s many variables.
They are not what I started shopping for but they are very unique and I will keep a total of three of them. Stacie was very gracious and helpful with this selection, purchase and arranging to have the others delivered.

I bought a twin mattress from Andrew for my mother. After not receiving the bed frame from Amazon on time, I called the store to see about a box spring and frame. Kyle Chance answered my call; not only did he deliver items within a few hours himself, he saw that my mom was too short for the heigth of the bed. As she is 93, he said he wanted to go back to the store and find a different box spring that was four inches shorter. Within an hour, Kyle was back at Holy Spirit changing out the box springs. He told me he wouldn't want her loosing her balance trying to get off bed. Wow! What a caring and professional person. I highly recommend Home Furniture for personalized care. Thank you Kyle.

Phenomenal experience! We took forever making our furniture decision. My kids were all over the darn store, driving me crazy, but Kieth remained calm, patient, and eager to help us make the right choice!
