Walmart Supercenter

The lady working in the bakery helped us with rings for cupcakes we purchased. She was so patient and friendly. I was pleasantly surprised to get that level of customer service!

the floors are clean and employees are nice and love to help out and costumer service is great this is why I rate Walmart five stars

This is a great Walmart location. Lots of great products that a good price. And it wasn't all that busy when I went.

Always have a great time here! So many vintage collectibles and endless amount of candy, even ones you haven't seen in years! The diner inside is great too!

The lady that works electronic department was very helpful and thorough she even checked out my groceries at their cash register we did forget to grab a bag though of groceries.

I don't mind driving a little further to the Floyd Blvd location due to being able to navigate the store alot easier. The online shopping staff and restocking staff seem to keep a path open for customers to get through and get to merchandise, unlike the Singing hills store where I commonly (almost every trip) have to wait for their employees to finish talking to one another to move their online shopping carts that they park next to each other. Surprisingly, I find this store to have the best sandwich meat in town. I get almost all of our lunch meat here. The deli counter has a nice selection and the fresh slices meat last longer then that from other local stores. Definitely the better Walmart in town.

Most of the employees are very friendly and so helpful! They have a supervisor there named Katherine that is second to none! They have good prices on merchandise and have noticed that shelves are kept stocked pretty good considering how busy they are all the time. Tgey have a wide choice of merchandise to meet just about all your needs. It's so handy.

Great location and selection of products. Cs can improve the atmosphere and dread of my experience with your company. It is not just the one I went to its every time I go there around the midwest terrible customer service and hard to find helpful information and employees in timely manner

Great place. One thing i do dislike is that almost all the lanes are shut down. Ans, honestly you have to ring up your whole cart. So if you work lets say a 12 hour day who wants to go shopping then have to ring up your whole carr full plus bag them. I never really reazlied how many people"s jobs we have to to ourselves thmfor them.. its kind of annoying and very inconvenient for some.

Today was the first time I used the grocery pick up at the Walmart on Floyd Blvd my personal shopper Sandra was amazing she was so sweet and she picked the things that I would have if I did it myself. It was a great experience and I have had surgery recently so it was very helpful. Thank you Sandra for being a sweet wonderful person.

Good selection of fruits and vegetables. Canning tomatoes were cheaper than at the Sioux City Farmer’s Market. Mums a good price as well.

It's a Walmart. As far as Walmarts go, this one is pretty clean and well organized, and the customer service ranges from moderately unhelpful to above average, but other customers are more likely to be rude than the help. There are the occasional long lines and when the store's busy it can give you a claustrophobic feeling. They're probably trying to cut down on cashiers, but in my opinion, they could use more than they currently have. We end up going here a lot due to its location and because it carries just about anything you'd ever need. It has such a high rating because it does come in handy and I've never experienced a major problem there.

Thanks for the customer service ladies in the late afternoon for being concerned and thoughtful and helping me. Also the stockers are always friendly. The night crew and the staff who get my food ready for delivery. You guys are the best.

Got a car battery replaced . They were real nice and done it real fast .

A curbside side employee , I don't recall his name but if it helps he was a younger taller thin caucation with brown shorter hair who brought out my orders several times through the month of March and April 2021 to my vehicle get 5 stars! He deserves a raise. Great communication and showed curtisy great customer service a friendly smile. Thank you WalMart for great and organized side delivery service.
