The Brussels sprouts and crab cakes were great! The Sherbert Groover - Blueberry beer on tap was unlike anything I've ever had. Not beery at all. Tart, fruity, and amazing.

Great service! Awesome Dark Beer selection! 🤌 food was rather tasty, and the environment was very comfortable for my large family.

Had a terrific dinner at Marto tonight. In my experience, breweries that serve food often drop the ball on the entrees, but I’m happy to say that’s not true here. Our dinner was excellent. I’m not the biggest beer fan, but the Hefeweizen was perfect complement to my burger. The roasted brussels sprouts had bacon and a balsamic glaze which was delicious; a few were undercooked but not a deal breaker. I splurged with a slice of cheesecake which was a healthy portion - nothing skimpy here! Our server was knowledgeable and helpful, and the ambiance was clean and modern. There’s a nice selection of patio seating as well. So glad I took a chance on Marto - this is a winner.

The perfect spot to go to before or after a movie! With an incredibly diverse drink menu and food items to pair them with, it’s no wonder Marto is a Sioux City hot spot. Another cool thing they do is make drinks according to events happening in the area (RAGBRAI, Oktoberfest, etc.). A couple staple items: Bavarian Pretzel (it’s HUGE), Thai Pie pizza, Erik’s Brew Burger, & Marto’s Loaded Meats.

Every employee from the host to the wait staff to the bar tender is incredibly friendly and pleasant when I go. Get to Marto for great food and service!

Amazing place to eat with a trendy atmosphere and awesome food and tap choices. Our server Brian was friendly and his service was excellent. We highly recommend visiting Marto's Brewing if you are in the downtown district of Sioux City.

Stopped by Marto Brewing Co. last night and I was shocked. I wasn’t expecting there to be a really good brewery in town, but Marto was there and it was great. The service was amazing and they were happy to give out samples until you found something you liked. They had a wide variety of beer styles and all three beers I tried were good.
Bonus for having a clean bathroom to snap a selfie in so your followers on the ‘gram know you found a place with some cold ones.

Great waiter who listened and made suggestions. Wood cooked Pizza is amazing. There wasn't one thing on the Charcuterie board that I didn't like. Large selection of their own beer served cold! Variety of seating available. Repeat visit. Great waitress and food still great.

Great brews and great people. Lunch time is my favorite time to go, or stop in for a drink before a movie.

My fiance and I came here changed our other dinner plans and came here after seeing the aesthetical place while driving by.

Definitely a good call because this place has really a nice vibe and amazing food!

We were there on an adventure date challenge where the task was to ask the server for their recommended dishes, and order that.

I was actually relieved when the server recommended a salad I liked on their menu.
The other recommendations will mostly pizzas but we were not feeling that so my fiance got one of the burgers.

I had the Blood Orange Cedar Salmon Salad;
Everything went so well together! The little pieces of orange with that blood orange vinaigrette and goat cheese and red onions.. Everything was amazing together. The salmon was also perfectly cooked. The server actually asked me how I would want my salmon cooked and I was quite surprised this was actually a thing. Either way.. well done was the way to go!
They really were a lot of candid walnuts on here, by the way! I was surprised by how many!

My fiance got the Barnyard burger (beef and bacon patty with bacon and pork shoulder and cheddar cheese); This one was loaded! Actually piled high and looked so indulgent! Quite a big meal here and very heavy in meat so he couldn't finish it all. Really really loved it though!
He also got the side salad instead of fries with the apple cider vinaigrette. That vinaigrette was really good! Tasted like a bit of aviation of applesauce and I loved it as well!

Fiance also got a beer recommended by the server there. It was the Golden Ale, and he was happy with that as well.

We saw all the pizzas coming out and that giant Bavarian pretzel and definitely have this on our list to try next time!

I was traveling thru and I am happy that I got lucky and stopped there to eat. The beer (I had a Flare) was very good. The burger was excellent and I went with Brussels sprouts for the side and they were very very good. Best meal by far that I had in a restaurant in years. Next time I’m going through Sioux City I will stop again.

Newer brewing company in town. They serve food as well. Nice modern atmosphere with indoor and outdoor seating. Outdoor seating is along side a fountain, which makes for a nice surrounding. Their Korean short rib tacos caught my eye, as I love Korean food. They are braised short ribs, kimchi, cilantro & carrots in little corn tortillas. They were good, but not as good as I anticipated. I’m used to kimchi giving things a bite, and I didn’t get any bite from these, and the over all flavor was a bit mellow from what I’m used to in Korean food. So, while they were good, don’t expect a Korean pop from them if you’re familiar with Korean food. To drink I tried their Ace Pineapple Cider, which is adding pineapple juice to their apple cider, and carries a 5% ABV. It’s a wonderful fruity drink, a touch dry like a wine can be. Very good. For the meal, I opted to try Eric’s Brew Burger. Made with Angus ground round and ground bacon, bacon jam, marinated onions, tomatoes, & arugula, & comes with kettle chips. Burger was great. They recommended it be cooked a bit rarer than I generally like, which I accepted to try, but I would cook it more done myself next time, but the burger was a good choice. After all this, I decided to master a desert. The “Keri Cake” which changes weekly, was 7 layer carrot cake. Also very good. Moist, and lots of ingredients for good flavor. I was told it’s only the 2nd time it’s been made in the rotation since opening, so I would say to try it, but you’d need luck on your side to have it there during your visit. Over all, a good experience, and I’ll be happy to try this place again.

We would not have found this gem if not for a bad experience at the Hard Rock. Lunch was top notch and the beer was excellent! We all had a great time and a fantastic meal. Our server Katie (?) was a real sweetheart. Took a few crowlers for the trip through Iowa. We will certainly be back!!

Excellent service, quality brews and some fun pizzas. Kids loved the lemonades. Wish we lived closer.

One of my favorite places to eat! The pasta is the absolute best and the giant pretzel was even better! I thought it was super great plain. The water was amazing as well. It is a little expensive but you do get leftovers.

Pleasantly surprised to find this gem on our way to Colorado from MN. Great beer and delicious pizzas.

Been traveling across the country for the last 20 days. This is by far the BEST service, best food, best beer we have had this trip. And as far as Brewery goes definitely top notch! 2nd would be a place in Delaware.
Definitely coming back, even though it will be a 2 day drive!

I ordered a cauliflower meat pizza gluten free. The staff made sure there was no cross contamination. The taste was outstanding. The waiter checked on us several times!

I tried Marto for the first time last night for my 21st birthday! It was absolutely amazing. Yummy food
I definitely love they donate through TAGG!!

Food was good, beer was great. Service was excellent. My only knock would be price and my hope is the staff is making a good wage and that's why it costs so much.
