Culver’s

Every region of the US has a burger to call their own. In the Midwest, Culver’s has been serving up Butterburgers (made with a special blend of three types of beef: sirloin, chuck and plate) since 1984. Pressed on the grill gives immense flavor and sear one looks for in a burger and happy to find in a quick eats restaurant. No need to pick out a million toppings and sauces, they have it created for you and cook to order. Crispy fries and refreshing root beer (diet available) as well as some of their famous Wisconsin frozen custard (they offer a special flavor each day) offer a tasty treat and truly is tasty. They also offer a fish dinner and everyone’s Midwest favorite - cheese curds! Stop by for a good meal that’s easy on the pocketbook and yummy to the tummy.

Culver's food is consistently good. Their roast beef dinner is not listed on the menu, but it's our go-to meal when we don't want a butter burger. I love this location, which is out of the way for us but worth the extra few minutes to get to because the staff is consistently crazy-happy and having a good time. I always leave a bit happier than when I arrived.

I’d say the frozen custard is the reason to stop by, but that’s only one of many reasons. The fries seem to be always made fresh and are hot when you get them. Their burgers are called “butterburgers” because they fry them up in butter. They also warm the bun with what seems like a bit of butter on the grill. Gives them a unique flavor not replicated elsewhere. They just put Mayo on them, but ketchup and mustard are available if you wish to add. They also make a lot of other good things, including fish, chicken, mushroom and swiss, chili, etc. and, leave from for the smooth and creamy frozen custard.

Great food and great service. Cheese balls and burger were awesome. The staff was very friendly and restaurant was very clean. Great place to grab a bite!

We generally always have to pull forward and wait but since the food is generally always fresh, hot, and made correctly, that's fine!

While in the restaurant I observed a young lady named Maya take our orders and 5 minutes later running orders to outside patrons. A few minutes later she was restocking the condiments, straws, napkins ect. A few minutes later Maya was cleaning tables. The young lady never stopped smiling or complained. I think she deserves a commendation raise or both.

Fish was very soggy with oil. Usually better than that. We beat the crowd. Maybe the oil wasn't hot enough?

Love going to Culver's my favorite meal is Buffalo chicken stripes and the fries are the best

For fast food Culver's is always reliable for good quality tasty food!

Culver's is consistent across the country. I go there for the root beer, which is amazing.

There were some extra wild children in there tonight, with parents completely adept and tuning them out. It was a reminder of the fact that Sioux City remains a little but more "gritty" than most of the places I go.

Finally tried it for the first time. Burger was very greasy but delicious. I would love it to be on Grub Hub or Door Dash. I want to go back and try the fish

This Culvers has dramatically improved over the last four years. The food is spot on and the drive through moves smoothly. I eat Gluten free, so I enjoy the burgers with gluten free bun. I can not eat the fries, but the mashed potatoes with butter works without gravy. The scoop size for custard have been small, but the last few times they are doing better.

Amazing! I can't have gluten and I love thier GF bun; I also have a severe shellfish allergy and the staff went above and beyond to make sure there was no cross contamination. They advised me that they had made a lot of shrimp that day so the fries were not safe, suggested mashed potatoes and made sure I knew not to handle the fries my children had ordered. They showed great care dealing with my food allergies. And the food is excellent too.

I had a Rueben Sandwich and it was spot on even my wife's fish dinner. It was very clean inside and out. The only thing wrong was they could've turn down the A.C. a notch or two it was a little toasty in there, but it could've been just me. Everything else was good 👍.

Great service and great food. I was excited to see special needs adults being employed here.

Christopher is a friendly young man. Appears to enjoy his job even when washing windows. I was very impressed with him. Came in again for dessert & he was taking orders. Again pleased to see such a big smile from him. He recognized us from earlier. Wishing Christopher much luck in his life!

Culver's reminded me of Wendy's in an upgraded sit-down atmosphere. The service at the Sioux City, IA, location was exceptional, and the food was delicious.

I pulled in to order my family lunch. I guess I didn't realize what time it was, 10:30am. They don't open till 11. They took my order without hesitantion. I noticed the time and asked if they were open, and they said no, but it wasn't a problem.

A simple thing, yes. But it made my day a heck of a lot easier.

Oh yeah, the food is always awesome here!
