Hy-Vee Grocery Store

Cheryl, one of the managers, is very kind and considerate of the needs of her customers. She went out of her way to help my family save $$ to ease the burden of losing a loved one. Thank you!

This store always what I need. There hot food that is cooked and ready to eat has managed to saves a night or two when dinner plans fell through. You can buy a complete meal here.

Always so quick and easy to find what I’m looking for and they have a live cashier to help me check out my heaping cart of groceries!

Hyvee has a very good selection of groceries. It's always clean and that's important to me!

The reason I switched up and prefer to go to our Gordon Drive HyVee instead of Hamilton is the parking lot Hamilton's is so small and especially for elderly people trying to get in and out with these idiots that drive the way they do nowadays it's it's ridiculous and and they made the lanes so close together unlike over on Gordon Drive you got all kinds of room just have to take your time and it's not on a steep hill trying to park in the parking lot and the people on Gordon Drive have been so much Kinder and helpful I say helpful then I've ever seen at the Hamilton one like they're stuck up or something

What's not to love about my friendly neighborhood Hy-Vee?

Friendly and helpful associates. I've never had any problems with this store. Diane, Chris and Ashley in the Pharmacy Dept. have been excellent in helping me with several questions I have had during my husbands illness, and they're still helping me. What a blessing. Tim and Dan in the meat dept. have been the same when I have questions regarding buying certain meats and preparations. Tarra in the deli., Sandy and Julie in the bakery dept. are all very friendly and helpful. There are several more but I can't remember their names.

The deli crew here is awesome!! Always so nice and friendly gotta love them. They always go above and beyond required to make sure I’m happy with my food. It’s the small things that make a difference when you do manual labor everyday 😍

This chain of grocery stores has the best pork products you can get outside of a meat market. I also love that it has an excellent supply of GF and etc products for when I have to cook for family members. Their deals in the summer are fantastic. Each store is relatively the same, except the new ones can have restaurants, clothing stores and beauty areas. I've eaten at the restaurants before and the casual ones are fine and the less casual ones have great deals for kids.

It's always clean. The employees stocking the shelves always acknowledge you when you walk by and say, "Hi." Also, the managers will jump in to help the checker bag to help move along the lines. It's a great place!

Actually only stopped here for Starbucks, but great, quick service. Better than stopping at the regular Starbucks

Ordered online for Pick-up and had to send a family member to pick up for us, With snow coming I'm sure they were extremely busy and had a store packed full! Our order was not ready on time. But the employee we spoke with was very apologetic and they went above and beyond by having the order delivered. This is NOT something that they had to do, THIS WAS 100% AN EXAMPLE OF TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thanks for working hard Hy-Vee👏👏

A nice Hy-Vee. They have great Wine & Spirits section.
