Quality Inn & Suites Springfield Southwest near I-72

This hotel was very clean and comfortable.
The windows open! Made a huge difference for me. Yay!
The breakfast was excellent and you can tell the people who work here take pride in their work. Stay here. You will have a great rest. Great shower too!

We loved everything about this hotel. Affordable, comfy beds, good breakfast, helpful snd kind kitchen manger. Clean. We loved our room. Would definitely stay there again.

Great for the price !!!! Close to anything you may need, very affordable. The room was okay & It was busy the night we came, so a little loud and the pool was a little crowded. But as a family with children, none of that bothered us. We slept well. Came down for breakfast, and it was amazing !!! Cindy really goes above and beyond !!! Almost felt like I was at a restaurant and she was the waitress, she really makes sure you’re well taken care of !!! Thanks Cindy !!! Keep up the great work !

Location is next to a Walmart and a few restaurants.
Check in went very smooth, staff was very friendly and polite.
Breakfast was well prepared and of good temperature.
Rooms were pretty clean.

I stayed overnight here in Jan. 2024. I found the manager and all staff accessible, not to mention, helpful and friendly. I was very impressed with the appearance, cleanliness, and comfort of the the room and beds. I also noted how quiet the motel was in general, which continued far into the night. Much to my delight, the satisfaction upon meeting the breakfast room attendee, Cindy, who was very diligent to see that everything was perfect and my needs were fully met with a wonderful and warm breakfast that included my favorite warm biscuits, gravy, scrambled eggs, and link sausages. Also were four types of juice, coffee, tea, danishes, cereal, fresh fruit, yogurt, toast and freshly do it yourself waffles. The location of the Qualiity Inn is a big plus, with two major big box stores adjacent, a Wendy's and McDonalds, and Portillo's. All in all, I could not have asked for a better stay.

The place was clean and friendly except for the woman who does the breakfast. She seems irritated with everything and everyone. The oy downfall is you could never leave your room without getting hit in the face with the smell of weed,and when I made a complaint the guy asked "what did we want him to do" . Considering these were non smoking rooms I wanted for him to say something to the people. I have a baby,and he didn't need to be around that garbage. That is my only complaint. Staying at this place you are literally next to everything. In this parking lot there is a super Target, and a Super Walmart, then there is an Aldi's, a place to get anything waxes,nails done, Hair cut, and a shoe carnival, but that's not all there is a mall less than 2 miles away along with PetSmart, and a Petco, Best Buy, and all the food options you could want.
The Breakfast is subpar I am not a sausage fan, and that is all they serve for meat. I felt bacon should be what is served but it's food I guess. The cereal wasn't even what you normally see which usually has frosted flakes at these places this place has froot loops, and raisin bran . The waffle was the only part that was any decent item. The eggs seemed reheated.

This was one of the best hotels I have stayed in from the last 5 years. Everything available, clean and worked. See photos. I did have a King Suite.
The Springfield area around the hotel was busy with activity with all the great restaurants and convenient businesses that are within minutes of the hotel.

They always have clean rooms, and the best customer service ever! I stay here often.

A good place to spend the night. Liked that the Fitness room had a Universal type station with an actual dip station.

Comfortable, clean, friendly and good breakfast (no tip jar at breakfast bar 😞 disappointing). Absolutely a wonderful great stay. Thank you to everyone who made it wonderful 😊

I booked through Hotwire so the price already felt like a good value. But I was pleasantly surprised at just how good everything was!
We make this particular trip often and always plan to hit our first stop between 11 and midnight. Despite the late hour, the clerk that checked us in was bright eyed, bushy tailed, and a pleasure to talk to.

Overall, the property appeared to be well maintained and our room was spacious and clean.

We didn't have time to try them out, but both the workout room and the indoor pool area also looked to be well kept.

Only thing of note (neither positive or negative as far I'm concerned) is that due to COVID-19, the option of hot breakfast was not available. The "brown bag" style continental breakfast offered was still quite tasty though!

One of the best Quality Inns I've stayed at. On a street called Freedom Drive, why wouldn't it be? Target, Aldi and other stores are within walking distance and reasonable driving distance, too. The staff is friendly and helpful as well.

Sara, the receptionist was very pleasant and handle my check out nicely. The rooms were very well kept, bed so comfy, dive right in those pillows. Breakfast was on point...had a mixture between hot and cold breakfast. Overall the experience staying here was great..definitely would go back.

We have stayed here many times. They allow pets, have an indoor pool, and hot tub. 99% friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is fairly simple but good. We love the 2 queen suites - there is enough room for everyone to spread out. It is easy to accumulate tr wards quickly as well.

I stay here 3-5 times a month on average due to my work. I have always been pleased with the room and the staff. The room is always clean and the beds comfortable. Since many of my stays are during the day time to sleep I am very pleased that the cleaning staff is considerate and quiet while they work in the near by rooms.

Affordable and we had a great stay. We had neighbors smoking weed very heavily the entire time which sucked, only complaint, but the staff was attempting to rectify that. The room was clean, we would visit again

Pool was warm, they were the only hotel out of 10 we called that had a hot tub. The quality of the hotel for the money was much better than expected. We had 2 queen beds plus a pull out couch. Staff good, facility clean. Internet fast. Good restaurants in walking distance.

Our family 1st time staying at Quality Inn & Suites. We really enjoyed the stay. However, I the only 1 draw back is breakfast was yucky. I've asked the The kitchen staff member she says, due the meat shortage, Quality Inn & Suites do not serve meat for breakfast due. I feel this policy/practice should be reviewed again.
