Yesterday was my first appointment at Advanced Dental Care in Springfield and it was amazing. I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist but they were all so nice from the time of check in to when they called me back....I was never really anxious. Mallorie (please forgive my spelling) is just an amazing person. She knew her job and I'm sure she has a routine....but she never made me feel like I was part of her routine. I need some work done and I am actually looking forward to going back and having it done!!! Thank you Dr. Neely (spelling) and Mallorie for making me feel so comfortable on my way to getting my new smile!!!

Called around for an impacted wisdom tooth that my dentist wasn’t able to get to until July. Advanced Dental Care got me in super fast. The staff is very friendly and the dentist was great! If you’re looking for fast friendly and affordable this is the dentist you want to go to!

A short time ago an older crown came off and they got me in to see Dr. Neely within the hour of my call and had my tooth repaired, prepped and a temporary crown in place within an hour and a half of my arrival. Trish was very kind and helpful too. Dr. Neely and his team are wonderful!

I wouldn't say I look forward to going to the dentist, but I am a lot less fearful going to Advanced Dental. Dr Schlee, my regular dentist (but I have also seen Dr Driscoll & Dr Neely) is very gentle & understanding. He takes time to explain everything & answers any questions I have. I never feel rushed. I would greatly recommend Advanced Dental for your dental needs PLUS every year they have a free dental day, to give back to the community! ❤

I had a great experience at Smile Springfield. I have a lot of anxiety regarding dental visits and everyone l met was professional and very friendly and comforting! Ashley and Dr. Neely listened to my concerns and spoke with me in a respectful manner about how they could address them. I was so comfortable I was even able to laugh with them.

People are wonderful. They greet you by name upon arrival. Everything is professional from the dress of employees, smiles and attitude to the building cleanliness. They also provide IV sedation for anxiety. Why go to anyplace else!

This was my first visit at Avanced Dental and the patient experience was extraordinary. I had trouble with one specific tooth and my regular dentist office couldn't get me in for six weeks. I reached out to Advanced Dental and I got an appointment two days later. Everyone there were courteous and professional. Dr. Neely was extremely thorough and friendly. Definitely will go back.

I am so so happy with all my appointments here! Everyone was so very caring and compassionate. I get horrible anxiety even making a dentist appointment and so of course had quite a bit of work that needed done. Several crowns, root canals and fillings! They provide sedation dentistry which helps so much and even can prescribe medication for pre-appointment to help with anxiety.
I truly can not say enough great things about everyone here! If you are looking for kind, caring, compassionate dental care this is the place!

My experience was great! I am of the age where we have trauma from dentist I’ve had some good and some bad experiences since being an adult. The staff was friendly from the moment I entered till I left. The dentist and staff put a temporary crown on that same day . I had originally went for an extraction was told I could have a crown that day I said great I was not expecting it cause I waited several years before doing anything to that tooth . Thank all of you for the great experience I would recommend them any to any other chickens out there.

Never had a better experience at the dentist Dr Driscoll is amazing at what she does and ensures the patient is comfortable and doing okay during any procedure she does I highly recommend to anyone to come here.

They were extremely nice, and quick. They also were able to get me in the same day to help me with my extreme pain. I am terrified of getting work done on my teeth and they kept me calm and continued asking if I was ok through out everything.

As someone who hadn't been to the dentist in years because I was terrified , I was super nervous. Dr Neely and staff are amazing! They have made the whole dental implant a great one! I highly recommend them!!

Alas, I had a dental emergency on a Saturday and was so relieved to know that I could be seen by those with advanced dental. They were very respectful and help me get stabilized and moving towards getting pain free. I feel fortunate to know that they're there offering the service in our community.

My family has been under this practice’s care for years. Their staff and dentists are exceptional. In particular, we enjoy Dr. Neely and Dr. Driskill the most. Dr.Vandermolen hit a home run with these two hires. They have excellent bedside manner. Keep it up!

Had an abscessed tooth that was causing significant pain. Called early Friday morning, and was scheduled for early Saturday morning. Within 30 minutes of initial assessment, they made the decision to pull the problematic tooth. The whole process was relatively painless, and was done within an hour. Overall very pleased with my experience.
