Chili's Grill & Bar

Was super busy but was a certain group that kept bothering our server nonstop. Even with that happening, he still made our visit very pleasant. He was diligent in maintaining good service and quality of service for his customers. He was fun, quirky, and positive, exactly how a server should be. We each got the Fresh Mex Chipotle Bowl very good and a nice healthy option.

Had never been there before, wanted BBQ and roasted corn on cob and roasted asparagus.f a tasting! My waitress was a treasure, and walked me thru the menu. Had full rib rack, and took half home for another rib meal. 86 yr old, have had a lot of great restaurants meals and waitresses - none could top this, and will be back soon.

We very much enjoyed our dinner at Chili's. Taylor, our server, was great! The 4 of us each had the 3 for me. I highly recommend upgrading the chips and salsa to the choice of 3 dips. We chose salsa, white quest and guacamole. The guacamole is amazing! The 3 for me is quite the deal!

I occasionally place to-go orders from Chili’s and it is always a great experience. Order is ready in a timely manner, well packaged, and brought out to me at my car. Food is also tasty! My usual go-to is the chicken bacon ranch quesadilla, but tonight I tried the margarita grilled chicken and it was delicious. Will definitely order again!

Best chain restaurant experience yet! Despite the busyness, our waitress Beth had our food, bottomless chips and dip, and drinks out of the kitchen all within 10 minutes of ordering. Not to mention, I left Chili’s with to-go drink in had and an additional bag of chips for my extra dips. Needless to say, this made my night!

It was a great experience! We sat in the bar area and even though the bartender had all the tables, he was very attentive and friendly.
The food was good and their featured Pomegranate Margarita was surprisingly light and refreshing. Recommend the Cajun Shrimp Pasta. It is shrimp tossed with an Alfredo pasta, tossed with spices, tomatoes, and scallions. It is served with garlic bread.

Went here with my girlfriend and her family, it was a 10 min wait, but it was worth the wait. Food was good, and service was friendly. Recommend for anyone in the area.

We don't have Chilli🌶 s in our town so we drove 40 miles just to eat there and we were not disappointed. Food was great server was great.

I had a cheeseburger and French fries. The fries are great, crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside. The burger was good too.

Enjoy dinner at Chili's as we were in Springfield for the day. Food was good and service was good. Kitchen was a little bit messy when walking out of the bathroom but everything else was nice. Enjoyed dinner!

Amazing food! The bartender was very attentive to my needs and made 1 of the best spicy bloody mary's I ever had. Thank you very much!

Me, my boyfriend, and one of our friends came with us to eat here last weekend. It was our first time there and we came pretty late around 10pm. The bartender greeted us very happily, and with a lot of welcoming energy! She invited us to sit at the bar, which we did. She answered any questions we had and made great recommendations. Even the drink we ordered (and loved) was from her recommendation! I can’t quite remember her name but she was amazing. Coming from a server myself, I always feel the need to compliment others when they go above and beyond. The staff is so friendly here, the food is great, and the prices are also very reasonable. We will definitely be returning!

We were seated pretty quickly. Our waiter was awesome! Wish I could remember his name. First time at this Chili's, and he made it fun. We ordered an appetizer, but quickly realized that someone at our table couldn't eat it and had to change it. Our waiter called over his headset to change it with no problem. He kept joking with Nana about her drink order. It was a fun experience and the food was great too.

I was surprisingly shocked how good the food was at Chili's today as I had not been in forever. The waiter was super friendly and attentive. The chicken strips with dipping sauces and mac and cheese were absolutely delicious! My only complaint would be that the fries had way too much salt on them. Overall I give them 5 stars as their service and food has come a long way! I will definitely be back!
