This local location has been nothing but extrodinary and will definately appreciate thier help and suggestions! It is unfortunate this location is closing and appreciated my shopping expereices each visit. I will shop online and go to locations.

I simply love that store. I did have a manager asked me if I was finding everything I was looking for. I wish they had more stock on curtains because that Is what I was looking To buy. I ended up with a $100 worth of stuff but no curtains! The stores always clean and has a good selection of 99% of other stuff! The bathroom toilets could have been a little cleaner. The floor and the sink Was clean however

Didn't have the coffee pot in, no problem! One of the staff members ordered online for me and its on the way to the house. I know I could have done this myself online, but I might as well give props for the great customer service.

I hate shopping in stores during the holidays and for years have been shopping online. I had forgotten why I loved this store when I was younger. There are so many innovative gadgets and variations in thread counts or quality, there's something for everyone with varying budgets.

Found everything we needed and more! Employees were friendly and helpful and know where things are in their store. We asked several for things and they quickly took us to items. Will surely return.

When checking out, the cashier told me about a 20% coupon available for use that saved me lots of money, and then another worker helped me to my car, making two trips so that I did not have to carry anything while also pushing the cart. Love good customer service, it can be hard to come across these days.

First time shopping there. Prices are a little high for me. Clearance was great though!! Plus the cashier was super friendly!! My wife and I will definately be going back!!

This is my favorite shopping destination when I am in Springfield, Illinois. I just recently purchased new silverware and dishes that were on sale. I also like the items of bedding and accessories that are labeled Ugg.

I had a very complicated order that took 3 cashiers to get correct. They didn't have any attitude or appear upset. Great experience!

Everything was well spaced. All employees wore masks, and we're friendly & helpful, but did not hover. Entire store was neat & clean.

Make sure you obtain a coupon that you get in the mail the store is very easy to navigate around you will definitely find something you need not too crowded and staff were friendly and helpful

Great store! If you like QVC, most times you can find kitchen wares in here and cut out the shipping costs.
