Five Guys

Food was great. We ordered one regular fry. We got the fry cupfilled and about 2 or 3 more servings. The fries are the most amazing thing I have ever ate. Well maybe not ever, but they are pretty damn great!!

There's no doubt that Five Guys has a great burger. The people working were awesome! Food was hot and fresh. Definitely on the pricey side but after your first bite you're only going to be thinking about the 🍔 not the 💰.

Short wait for the food to cook less than 7 minutes but always worth the wait I tried the Cajun fries, not super spicy and amazing. Little on the pricey side but the shower you with extra fries and free refills. A double patty burger is a half pound of awesome burger. Plenty of seating , free peanuts while you wait.

We gave five guys a try for the first time and they did not disappoint. Everyone from the order taker to the general manager (who all introduced themselves ever so kindly)were great. The atmosphere was very welcoming. The food was hot fresh and delicious. My kids loved the peanuts. It was an all around great experience. And yes, get your fries cajun.

My husband and I picked up a to go order around 1:15pm today. Our burgers we cooked perfectly and the 2 guys running it all at the time we have seen before. They have given great service again and we hope to see them when we come again next time. They always get our order correct and cook the food to perfection.

They have the best French fries and milkshakes. The baked Alaska is to die for! I'll definitely come back after I get out of prison for manslaughter!

As I walk into the entrance I feel very welcomed by the decorations and information on the walls. I noticed right away from how well lit the place was that it was a very clean environment, the table setup was smart and had plenty of spacing, and the staff seemed on top of things even 30 minutes before closing time. After ordering my customizable burger with fries and shake I sat nearest to the kitchen to watch the food making process. I got my milkshake rather quickly and I enjoyed that a lot. Once I received my bag I was amazed by the sheer amount of fries inside of the bag. I love the idea of this being a purposefully done thing. Also, the fries are made fresh so I LOVED them. I left the building with a big smile on my face because this is one business that is doing things correctly. I gave the biggest tip available when paying which was unfortunately only $2. Definitely coming back sometime soon for another great experience.

Illinois sucked this entire weekend trip, until we got to Five Guys on our way home to Missouri. YuLandrious,Craig, and Azonte were so nice and really made our day. Amazing customer service, and the food and shakes were delicious. Would recommend for sure.

A real treat! Splurged on a cheeseburger, fries and a choco shake. Regular size burger with all was too big for my mouth. Loved they have malt vinegar you can put on fries too! Service was super friendly and helpful!

Bussin On God On God. In all seriousness they're employees are good people very educational while being respectful. Fresh food thrown together faster than most fast food places.

First visit to Five Guys, and it was surprisingly very good. I didn't really know what to expect, but the burgers were excellent, the fries are large square-homecut style, and the hot dogs also did not disappoint. Not the "ambiance" of Portillo's, but they clearly rival if not exceed them in taste. Good stuff!

We didnt realize they closed at 9 and came in at 15 till so of course they mostly ignored our existance for 5 minutes before a few people came from the back and took our order. Our food was great as expected and the young man who took our order was very kind and helpful, he deserves a position as a manager. The lady that came to count his register seemed okay but honestly his customer service skills and desire to make customers happy translates into a happy workplace with happy workers. Anyway the food was great

This is the best burger I've ever eaten, and will be forever! The fries taste delicious, and the place feels so original! Probably my favorite burger place, ever!

Cashier was attentive as hell, place was clean. Food was great. A little pricey for a burger and fries, but the quality was far above your standard fast food restaurant.

Everything there was quite good with one small exception the fries were a little bit more salted than expected but that can be fixed because next time I'll just ask for no salt and because that staff was so attentive I think they would have gotten us no salt fries no problem

Fantastic burgers with an amazing array of free toppings. Fries are handcut and delicious. They've got those new style Coke machines where you can program tons of different flavors of Coke products.

We ate there while traveling through last Sunday. Excellent service, super clean and hot, fresh food. 5 Guys is our favorite place to grab a burger and this location did everything right!

These guys have some of the best burgers and fries I have ever tasted. Doesn't matter what size of fry you order because you basically get twice the amount or so. What they do is fill the cup and then dump the cup in the bag and fill it again. They have just the right amount of salt on their fries in my opinion. Their burgers are really awesome as well, be warned though you will need a lot of napkins and two hands to eat them because of how greasy they can get. With all that said it is a pretty amazing place tp eat, if you have never been I highly suggest you stop in as they are not located everywhere and thus makes the desire for their food that much better. Some of their restaurants even have peanuts if you are a fan of that little feature like I am, you will go nuts for this place. Dont judge all five guys based off their custoner service if it isnt that great, ive not had an issue yet but you never know if one of them out their is having a bad day. All im saying is give it a chance regardless of 1 guy because you will love their greasy food.

This was my first trip to Five Guys, but it won't be my last. This was the BEST hamburger (actually a cheeseburger with bacon) I have had in a LONG,LONG time. I ordered online from my workplace in the mall and paid for it online. I went up the escalator and around the corner and my food was ready. Had to wait for the fries to cook, but who wants COLD fries. This meal was reasonably priced and DELISH.
