We had a project that was a huge undertaking. We needed a new roof, gutters, soffit, fascia, siding, and windows. Pretty much an entirely new exterior. Much of this was damaged due to a microburst that hit. Nico and his team were fantastic. We had some changes in design, along with a few hiccups, and the patience of the guys...Nick and Nico really made us feel like we were not being too picky, but rather wanted to make us feel good about the decisions and necessary changes. We would recommend them to everyone! Nico runs a tight ship and bends over backwards to make every customer happy. Note: The video on their homepage with the Brava roof is our transformation...except there are some new garage doors and front window now.

GME did a phenomenal job on our garage roof. They got the entire job done in one day, and were very clean, as well as professional. I am also very pleased with their extended warranty, which comes included in the cost of the job. Looking forward to doing business with them for a long time to come.

The contractors that did the physical work did an amazing job. They all took their time and paid close attention to detail. I hired G.M.E. company to do metal soffit on my front entrance roof . I wanted to use QE Vesta soffit planks and it was hard to find someone with experience of Vesta products. G.M.E. Is very professional company and I was very happy how they finished the job . If you’re looking for a best quality exterior work,GME is the company to ask for!

We couldn't be happier with the work by Greater Midwest Exteriors! When other companies thought that our house was a lost cause they pulled through with flying colors. They removed 5 doors and a balcony along with beautiful siding on the entire house along with trim and gutters. The entire job was completed in 5 days. Workers were on time and worked the entire time they were on the job site. Whenever there was a question they called my husband or myself to ensure they were doing what we wanted. Definitely recommend.

GME did our new roof, flashing, gutters, skylight replacement, and chimney repair x3. It was a HUGE project and Nico was absolutely wonderful to deal with. Nick from GME came out to check on roof damage. We received an estimate promptly to repair the damage. The crew came out this morning and replaced part of our roof. The guys were on time, friendly, respectful of our property and left no mess behind. Great company to work with!

In October 2023, Chris and his crew did a fabulous job replacing our roof, fascia, soffit, gutters and gutter guards along with the two poles in the front of our home. Through the whole process from meeting with Chris to get an estimate to the end he ensured we had all the information we needed and all of our questions were answered. I highly recommend GME.

Update 3/15: They completed our siding and we couldn't be happier. Small things came up during the installation and after completion but those were taken care of immediately. Nick W. again was a huge help and very accessible when we had questions or concerns. Would highly recommend.

Great experience with G.M.E; they were hired to replace our roof. I contacted them via their website and Nick W. got back to me shortly after. The presentation of roof materials and options was thorough. The roofing crew was diligent about clean up and we are very happy with their work. We are now using G.M.E. to do the siding on our house. Would definitely recommend them.

We had a wonderful experience with Nico and his team at Greater Midwest Exteriors! Nico is extremely professional and honest. From beginning to end Nico was accessible to answer any questions and worked directly with our insurance to help us through the claim process -saving us lots of time and frustration.
