Thank you Ben R. for assisting us in finding these airpods. There was not a single employee in sight. Then we saw Ben R. at the other side of Target. He literally dropped everything and assisted us. While the electronics department was completely empty with no employees, with 3-4 customers waiting. Ben R. stepped up to assist. Give this guy a raise Target. He deserves it.

Clean target and well-organized. Good for a walk in or drive up. Have never had any issues here. Appreciate all of the staff and the hard work they put in. It's never easy dealing with rude customers, but they do their best, even in the presence of ridiculous and entitled people.

Associates are very friendly and always place my order in my vehicle with care.

I spilled my blueberries all over the floor at the self-checkout like an absolute goober, and a nice woman (Target employee) helped me clean them up *and* secured a replacement box while I finished scanning the rest of my stuff. 10/10, that's why this is my go-to general store

Clean and organized, good store

I love shopping at Target when I need to grab a few things quickly. They have a good selection of products at a reasonable price. I also love their home decor. I feel that the Plainfield and Naperville locations are slightly nicer than the Shorewood location I grew up by.

I am a bit late to the on-line ordering for curbside pickup. With the increase in COVID, I decided to try the app and order a few items. Wow! What an excellent experience! Easy to use app combined with efficient method for retrieving my items. I am really happy with my experience and will definitely do this type of ordering again. I am ready for the 21st century!!!😉

My cashier Annemarie went above and beyond to give me amazing customer service. She had an amazing attitude and she went out of her way to find a product for me that I was told by another team member that you didn't have (it was a kiddie pool) She found it and rang me up for it at a separate register. I don't expect special treatment by any means and wasn't expecting it but that was exceptional service

Very pleased with the service and how quick i was getting the items i ordered. I browsed the app early in the morning, because my schedule was tight and i didn’t have time to go in the store an look for the items i needed. I was able to place my order and pick it up during my most convenient time. My wait time wasn’t long at all. I will be using drive up more often, i just love it!!!

Always find what I need at this store

Went in for a new I-phone, the wireless tech associate, AJ was just AMAZING! Very polite, knowledgeable & wonderful person to deal with. He was able to set everything up flawlessly, no problems whatsoever. Everytime I come in to this target is a wonderful experience! Keep up the excellent work !!

This target has everything you need and then some. Prices on some things can be higher or lower compared to their big blue rival. Bathrooms are clean. Shelves are neat. Customer service is great both in the returns section and checking out. They have self checkout now which is great for people like me who only get two or three things on my visits.

My home away from home. I love this target. Some of the staff knows my kids' names and always recognize and say hi. Everyone I've ever needed help from has always been sweet, and I'm there A LOT. Bathrooms are clean, too, which is huge for me.

I found what I was looking for and even a few surprises. Clearance end caps are always worth a gander, the clothing options ( and SIZES) have improved significantly, and the beauty isles give Ulta a run for their money. Sometimes you just want to get in and get out... and Target is the best way to do it. 😊

Clean & nicely stocked store. Found each item we were looking for & the Target employee are always no friendly.

Items are almost always stocked and available. Stores are always clean and racks organized. There is usually good spacing between displays so the store doesn't feel cluttered - although it has changed a bit over the year.

Target has excellent customer service, both in store and phone. Target is extremely reliable in shipping, which has been of immense help when trying to minimize in-store visits due to the pandemic. The drive up pick up service has also been reliable and smooth each time I've used it. Target has a wide range of unique and appealing products and always seems to be expanding their natural and eco-friendly lines. I also love all the Cartwheel savings and Redcard perks.
