Excellent service! My 82 year old mother ordered a washer and dryer, the install guys couldn’t get the old one out of the townhouse room it was in. So my mom had to call a plumber. She paid for both the install and the plumber but Mike and Laura helped her and even paid for part of the plumber. This is a great way to keep customers. Thanks Home Depot for renewing my faith in corporations.

Great store. Employees are still learning.. most of them not all of them. Online says they have stock. In person is a different outcome. Would still recommend.

By far THE BEST shopping experience ever was at Home Depot in Shorewood. I went looking for Halloween products, one of which was on an above shelf and the employee grabbed it for me. I asked for another item, he looked up the sku and saw there were some in stock but could not locate them. He recruited a handful of other employees to look for it as well. In the meantime he told me to call the Joliet location (because it showed they had some in stock as well). I called and the woman that picked up was so rude and short and did not want to talk about Halloween decorations as their store “had none set out”. My husband and I walked around the store and an employee came running up to me letting me know he had found it!!! I am so thankful for the customer service we received. And will only be shopping at the Shorewood location from here on out. THANKS GUYS!!!

I love to walk around and shop at the home Depot, plenty of things to choose from.

Good place. Lots of great plants and outdoor garden plants. Plenty of tools and a great selection of small hardware, nuts, bolts, washers, etc

My husband and I went to home depot tool rental counter yesterday to rent a truck to move furniture and they had none available at the time. Virginia the lady that worked at the counter, went above and beyond to help us get a truck to use this morning. I had no idea how fast the trucks got rented, but she got us one.
She was very kind and knowledgeable and because of Virginia our experience was a positive one. Because of her we will be renting again from The Home Depot. Thank you Virginia!

It's great seeing all the natural and organic choices they have for gardening.

Ed helped me find a ladder that would work best for my stairwell painting project. He was informative, knowledgeable, and helped bring it out to my car in the rain when he did not have to!

Local Home Depot is great! They're always so friendly and easy to work with. They have community events at times and activities for the kids that are free.

This Home Depot location did a wonderful job preparing for probably the most busy Saturday that they have experienced so far in the 2022 season. I bought a ton of mulch and they had people in the parking lot loading it up. Plenty of staff during a time when staffing is difficult. Everyone was also so nice despite the place being absolutely packed with customers!

If you are ever needing customer service ask for Moose!!! I love the staff at this store but he's always ready to help!

I like some of the natural insect control products they offer. They have some good natural and organic lawn fertilizer too.

Didn't have what I needed but send me to right business to get me taken care of...

I needed pleated shades. The woman explained what I needed to know to pick the right shade, how to measure, and how to go online to order what I needed. Great help!!!
