I just want to shout out to Damian from the Deli department!! I called this jewel because the jewel on Caton farm failed me! I pre ordered fried chicken for a wedding and they never made my order and failed to take my order down! Called Sherwood and Damian was helpful and understanding and had my chicken order ready within 40 minutes!!! Thank you !

Jessica K is a very personable hard working employee. She helps finding the bourbon for me! She needs a raise, also a paid vacation from corporate. Other employees are lame. Jessica is based💯

The manager of the pharmacy is outstanding. He is always double checking the drugs I take and my medical history. Thank you Tom for watching out for your customers! You are the BEST!!!

My dog has a condition to which he needs to eat lunch meat for extra protein. Since moving to the area, I have started going to the deli here and absolutely adore Barb and Kim. Everyone in the deli section is very personable and they know who the meat is for and always ask about my furry old pup.

The rest of the store is clean and the aisles are well labeled which makes it easy to find things. My favorite part of this Jewel is the deli though.

This review is for the pharmacy. I was extremely pleased with the quality assistance that I received today. Pharmacy Tech Karen & Pharmacist Joe went above and beyond to help me transfer my many prescriptions from a different (Nightmare Pharmacy). I really appreciate the extra support. I hope to never have to leave this pharmacy again! Thank you team Osco. Well done

Friendly people. My discounts sometimes won't be taken off but talking with the employees usually quickly resolves any issues.

My family's go to place for grocery shopping. Great deals when using the Jewel/Osco card and coupons. My wife always finds ways to get things for little to no cost using a very easy to use system of frugality!

They moved the line of shoppers quickly and efficiently!

I love this store. It's right by my house & they always have what I need. They are pricier than Walmart, but that's to be expected. The employees here are always nice to me.

I was very impressed with this store. It was super clean. Shelves fully stocked besides the items that they just can't get at the moment. I had a nice chat with a stocker and he explained why they were out of some items. Not due to them. It was because of the distributors not being able to fulfill orders for being understaffed. But he made great recommendations for other items to replace the ones we could not get. The store is brightly lit making reading items when needed easy.

Great store well ran love the diversity in this store. The front end staff is always helpful and kind. Honestly I come here over other stores. Walmart for one always outta stuff & never clean. 😒 so thank you for being cost friendly reasonable and clean. I even do all my pharmacy stuff there now. I'm an Albertson's fan too.

Did not know my local store was a Fed Ex drop off location. Very convenient as I had shopping I needed to do at this location.

I love my local store. Friendly employees and the store is clean. The bathrooms need to be redone, but the store is clean and organized.

I had a wonderful experience their hanging baskets of flowers were 5.99 each and beautiful. What early in the morning to beat the crowds the only cashier that was there outside of self checkout was very rude when I asked her to help me to use the Just for U app for my cereal she told me to get with the times and learn how to use it after she helps me. I then walked over to the self-checkout and that lady was extremely nice and apologize for the other lady overall I love this Jewel

It's Jewel-Osco so there are plenty of options and the price is a little bit higher than discount options like Aldi and Wal-mart. The quality of all of the foods are good. This location has lots of parking and the store is clean. If you are looking for options and quality with a price that isn't as high as Whole Foods then you are definitely at the right place.

I really like this particular Jewel at this location. The store was extremely well stocked. The deli had lots of pre-sliced items available so you didn't have to wait in line a wide variety. Plenty of helpful staff wandering around stock in the Isles in such. So it's a good Jewel at least on my experience

The store is always so clean, and I only met one rude person there but that was years ago. I have started going back, and everyone is so nice. I always call before I go because there are certain things I get there, and they are usually out. Cleanliness is very important in this day and time. Thank you for making me feel comfortable shopping there.

Packed check outs all the way down all day( I shop instacart and was at this location 4 times
) on Christmas Eve..customers arguing, ppl being rude..but the staff..amazing.Thanks for spending 8 hours there Judy..every check out I was greeted with the same cheerfulness no matter how long that endless line was for you. Awesome job to your manager for making sure you shut you lane and went home when your time was up. Merry Christmas 🎅

I love Jewel. I've been in Jewel ever since I was little. Jewels prices are going up, but they have great food and great employees!
