The UPS Store

This UPS location is the best!!! The two associates that work every day are great and very knowledgeable. They are very efficient despite being very busy every day. They have recently installed a self service kiosk for returns which is great. This location is definitely a one stop shop with all the services offered!

I was returning an Amazon package that required a shipping label when it’s usually just a QR code. The associate helped me effortlessly and said it would cost $1 to print the label. Really great and fast service!

This place is wonderful. I didn’t know how to return Amazon packages. Abhi was extremely helpful and walked me through how to do it. I had 3 returns. He was friendly and polite. I will only come back to this UPS store. Highly recommend

The young man helping me with my return was very patient and kind with my limited knowledge of my own phone. I am lost with my smart phone and he took his time getting me where I needed to go and explained things on the way. I appreciated his happy personality and kindness!

I use the UPS store frequently, mostly for Amazon returns, and this location is amazing. I have been so impressed with how helpful and friendly they are, well still keeping the line moving quickly. I never have to wait long at this location and it’s been a positive experience experience every time. Thank you guys!!

I had to ship a large box containing a wheelchair and the staff was very attentive and helpful. It wasn’t cheap to ship such a cumbersome and heavy package however the shipment arrived on time and without damage. Very happy with the service provided at this location. Thank you.

This location handled everything with care, everyone was very nice & professional. They did their due diligence with my package, and when there was damage done during shipment, they did not hesitate to help me! I will go back to them for sure.

Better service than the post office, and usually not too busy. Also pricier. But they do a good job. I like this place.

Every time I’ve been here they’re incredibly nice and helpful! Yes they do have to charge for certain things but that’s not the employees fault and they’re always kind when telling you that. I’ve seen customers be extremely rude to them and they always respond nicely back! I applaud them with the patience they have with rude customers and with how kind they are to everyone who walks through the door! Thank you guys for all your help! They deserve a raise!! 😁

This is my go to UPS location. Stopped in tonight the gentleman behind the counter was very helpful and friendly. Appreciate it ! I was in and out in less than 10 minutes I couldn't ask for more.

She is very Kind, vibrant, and was willing to assist without the additional stress. She is absolutely Fantastic. Please go see her for any of your shipping needs. You won't be disappointed.

Recently had a chance to use their new amazon return center. What a great idea! No more employees being utilized only to bag and return packages. The line wasn't even there. I walked in, walked out, in 3 minutes and proof my return was dropped off. EASY PEASY!
