Mark's Service Center

From your basic oil change to random repairs, Mark’s is my one stop shop. The mechanics are extremely knowledgeable and the manager is exceptionally friendly. You can’t beat there prices or their level of customer dedication. I’ve been going to Mark’s for years and I will never take any of my truck anywhere else. Thank you to the entire staff.

My son and daughter live in the area and have been going to Mark's for years and have always been satisfied with the work done and recommended we give them a try. My wife and I have been going to Mark's for a couple of years now and I can't say enough good things about Mark's Service Center.
The best thing I can say is that I trust them with the work done and a fair price charged.

An important thing to remember when dealing with Mark's Service Center. You don't have to worry about the mechanics telling you that your vehicle needs this or that when it really doesn't. They zero in on the problem, they fix it and that is it. Took my vehicle in on short notice with what I thought might be a major problem. Turned out it was not a major issue, and within an hour I was on the road again. Their honesty and fairness is beyond reproach.

Nothing but the best service and always honest. I have been going to Mark's for the last ten years with three different used cars. Always makes sure I am treated with respect and treated fairly. I am knowledgeable of vehicles and I can always trust Mark and his team to be friendly and fair. I wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else.

I was traveling through the area on the interstate when I snapped my left rear shock. They were swamped and somehow made time to just look and see if they could diagnose the issue. They could and gave me a rough estimate but said they couldn't do anything until the next day because they were so busy (I understand why--these people are great). Then when I said I needed it done today, they actively sought me help. You don't see that this day in age--they treated me like a person, not a paycheck. If I'm ever back in Joliet, this will be the first place I call.

This morning my tire went out and wasn't holding any air at all. Thankfully I was right across the street and went over there hoping they could help. With in 15 minutes they repaired the hole in my tire and I was back on the road. They really saved me this morning for being in the right spot at the right time. Staff was professional and didn't charge me an arm and a leg for a repair. Thanks for saving my butt this morning!

I would highly recommend Mark's. I've had a few tows and called them also when I locked my keys in the car. The staff and tow truck drivers are very friendly and professional. They have always responded in a timely fashion.

Mark's Service Station is the best place to take your car PERIOD! For years I was taking my car to Pepboys and I was always coming out of there feeling like I was being over charged because I am a woman. I specifically remember going to Pepboys just for an oil change. I was recommended that I get other work done (can't remember exactly anymore) but told them I just wanted an oil change. I left Pepboys that day, and every time inwas at a stop light or stop sign my car cut off! At that time my car NEVER cut off on me whenever I stopped. I hurried up took my car back to Pepboys for them to tell me I REALLY NEED THAT WORK DONE THAT THEY RECOMMENED. I was furious!!!! I know in my heart they did something to my car and $900 later I told myself in would never ever go back there. I then found Mark's Service Station. I was first going there just for gas and they arw always so friendly. I saw that they were working on cars and I just asked one day if they would look at mine and it has been nothing but PURE AND GENUINE customer service. I NEVER EVER feel like I am being ripped off!!! NEVER!!! I know my car is old and needs work but they do what is necessary to get my car running right and safe. I now live in Chicago and till this day I only will take my car to Mark's. I thank Mark's Service Station for everything that they do. They have excellent people working in there. As long as they are open my car(s) will always be at Mark's.

I discovered Mark's about 7 years ago and I recommend them to everyone. Every time I have had to have service done it has always been less than I expected and done very fast. All my family and friends have had the same experience. Great place!

They know their way around a car and do a terrific job at fair rate. Highly recommend.

My father has been going to Mark's for over 20 years. They always treat you right and never sell you what you don't need or overcharge you. Best little Shop in Joliet!

I broke down on I-80 driving back from college. After waiting 2.5 hours for a different company to arrive, I called Mark's Service Center and they arrived in minutes. Amazing service, fantastic man.
