Went to get a spare key made for my daughter's car . Just one that will open the doors at least since the cheap car companies only give you one key fob for used cars. Joe made two keys both worked perfectly!! Terri and the other two ladies were very nice and helpful! On top of that I got some delicious popcorn!!!! Great customer service!!!!

I ordered a key for my older Volkswagen. Molly was very kind and knowledgeable with selling me the key. Jazmin took care of the actual cutting and even came outside to test the key as well. Jazmin was very accommodating and I’m super appreciative. Thank you :)

Doug Cherven was awesome. We called and went to several places, and he was the only one who delivered and set up our new bbq grill, which we absolutely love. Hats off to Doug

These Whitmore folks bought up a lot of ace locations it seems....but as I drive and use them, been looking real good, kids--- stop on in, it's going really good at your local Ace

Easy in and out. No walking all through the store like Menards or Home Depot just to find one little item. Associates easy to find for questions. Very helpful.

Whenever I can’t find things in other stores I know I can find them in ace hardware by my house. Very friendly workers always have a smile and say hello when you walk in

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable people. If you can't find what you need they will either have it or be able to get it for you!!! I wanted to get away from gas powered lawn equipment and they were very helpful showing me what was available!

As always, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They were also happy to order an item that was out of stock for me so that I can get it next week. I prefer shopping at this store when possible rather than larger chain stores because of the personal and knowledgeable help. Also, I won't get keys cut anywhere else. After trial and error, Ace is the only place to get a key cut right the first time! Thanks!

Was able to get what I needed plus grab a few other things. Reasonable prices and average for hardware stores. Friendly service from the young man at the counter and he had me checked out quickly so I could be on my way. 5 stars!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Amy was a great help. I came in for propane tank exchanges. She explained the dates on the tanks and what to look for to see if I am able to refill or have to exchange them. Thank you to Amy for your patience with me to explain all of that.

One of those places you go when you need something for your home, and might need to ask a question. The Home Improvement Superstores have plenty of stuff, but it's almost impossible to find someone who can help you. I don't always need 50 of something, just one screw, washer, and lock washer, and they're easy to access here. I shop Ace regularly, it's highly recommended!

I called store to see if they did repairs on lawnmowers. Guy said it depends what the problem is. I needed to have the pull cord replaced so he said bring it on in. I believe the young man's name was Justin, I'm not sure, though the young man did have a ponytail. I wasn't expecting him to fix it right then and there but he did. He replaced cord and even made me a handle out of some scrap wood because I didn't think to bring my handle in. In all it took about 20 minutes and cost $20. Service was great and I will definitely be going back.

Not only did Ace help me find what I needed, they helped me find a manual and parts for a 1980's chainsaw. The staff is kind and courteous every time I visit. They really do enjoy helping you get what you need to tackle your projects.

Went to Ace to get some Staples, paintbrush and double-sided tape. Had a coupon on my phone that would not scan so the cashier entered it manually. All in all very helpful and we definitely shop here again

My family and I LOVE this place! The customer service is the best! We could spend more time at a "cheaper" place but would not get the quality and customer service that we receive from Ace! At times we get great deals, at other times, when the prices seem more steep, it does not matter because of the quality and service we get! We recommend this business!

It's a great, home town feel hardware store that has a lot of everything you might be in need of for your next project. They had what I needed, and for a reasonable price. I'm going to frequent this shop more often.
