Beds you can sink into. The bedding is soft and welcoming. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast in the morning was decent. There are plenty of hot or cold choices of food. The fruit was ripe, and the coffee was hot. The breakfast counter is well maintained. The lobby has a variety of seating options. The employees were friendly. Elevators worked well.

We came from Indiana to have a church conference. We want to say thank you to all the staff in this hotel for the great welcoming. It is located in a nice and very calm area. Our experience was excellent, the breakfast was delicious and homemade. Staffs are friendly and rooms are very clean.

My husband and I recently stayed. Room was great and very clean and the free breakfast was good. Staff were amazing. Special thanks to Kelvin and a maintenance worker who went the extra mile to help in a situation on the morning of Sunday January 14th. We will be back.

Great experience. Only thing that wasnt amazing was the pool. the pool was FREEZING and the whirlpool jets didn't work. The rest.of the experience was better than I could ask for all the way around. The front desk worker was so wonderful. She was kind and sweet and made it very personal. The rooms were very clean and nice. The housekeeping staff pays great attention to detail. They were also super friendly and kind. All around a wonderful stay. The breakfast was very nice for a hotel. Parking lot was plenty open. The grounds were very clean and well maintained. One of the best hotel stays I've had in awhile.

What an absolutely terrific experience we had at this hotel! The rooms are spacious and clean and have all the amenities you need! The staff are very friendly and provide lovely conversation! The temperatures of the pool and the hot tub were perfect. The breakfast was a typical type of hot breakfast. One thing that my family and I would have liked to see is the addition of bacon and / or ham.

Overall, We were extremely satisfied, and plan on staying here again The next time we travel out from Winnipeg.

The rooms are really nice. They have a camper sized fridge, microwave, sink, and dishwasher in the kitchen area. The bathroom isn't very big. The couch with the ottoman is nice. You can request to have a joining rooms. For breakfast they have cereal, yogurt, oatmeal, English Muffin egg and sausage sandwiches, omelettes, and waffles. I would stay here again.

Easy check in and upgrade to king room. The guy at the counter was really cool about a purse left behind in the previous room.
The beds were comfortable and rooms were clean and spacious.

First time in Minneapolis - this hotel was very nice and the rooms were great...staff was very helpful and deserve a lot of praise.

I picked the hotel because it was central to where we wanted to go - felt safe if that's a concern...seemed like a nice area. easy on off to roads to get to Mall of America and Paisley Park.

I had a pleasant stay here on a business trip. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Easy to find, plenty of parking.

I only came here to look at the hotel for a family member n it's expensive but, very beautiful here! My Son used Priceline too! 😯🤗❤

Perfectly located half way between our host's house, and wedding venue, the Minneapolis Temple, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day saints.
And clean, comfortable, good size rooms.

Rooms are always clean, location is quiet. Pets allowed on the first and second floor. Best place to stay when traveling with smaller children, the small kitchen and dishwasher is perfect for washing bottles, bowls and spoons. Rooms are spacious and you can easily fix two pack n plays.

The room was clean and staff were friendly/helpful. I've stayed at other Hilton umbrella locations in the area that were filthy, so I was happy to find this one to be up to standard.

My room was like the room at my own apartment I loved it very comfortable clean nae the GM was respectful & helpful Great customer service feels like I can count on her any day.

This is one of the best hotel rooms I have ever been in. It has a dish washer, sink, cups glasses, coffee maker. It had a couch with a curtain that separates the bed from it which was cool. All in all if I ever come to this city. I will come here again. It's close to everything.

Business trip 1 night stay. Enjoyed the aquatic center for relaxing. Appreciated a well rounded breakfast.

I visited here with my father a few days ago, and it's lovely. We've gone to this specific location a few times before and the service is excellent. The included breakfast bar is delicious (try going in before 9:00, as it gets crowded) and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen has been used by us to make a few meals before, such as sphaghetti. The pool is very nice and has a relaxing atmosphere in general. Pets are allowed to stay as well if you let the staff know in advance. If you're looking for a affordable family hotel suite with lots of amenities, this is the place!

If you plan to stay in this area for any amount of time this is a great place to lay your head. Rooms are well equipped and clean. Facilities are not over the top, but a respectable offering. Breakfast is an interesting change from buffet style. They offer refrigerated items with instructions on hot to heat them as well as waffles, cereal and dairy. Staff have been friendly and addressed all my needs.

Recommended. This is a real hotel for an extended stay. The rooms are a generous size, and the kitchens are fully equipped with dishes, flatware, both a fridge and freezer, a dishwasher, AND dish soap. There's even a pull-out table to be able to share a meal in a civilized way. Whoever designed the space really thought about what a traveler would need. And the staff in Minnetonka were very pleasant. I'd stay there again.

This hotel was great! So clean, felt safe, loved the modern shower! Cable was excellent, many great channels that you don't get at most hotels! This is definitely our new go to when in the area!
